I like to have cups of coffee all throughout the day (and night) so I really appreciated the fresh, hot coffee that was always available. We needed to stay a few extra days so we also appreciated how easy it was to extend our stay. We have two little dogs and sometimes it can get expensive with pet fees and what not so it was really nice for them to stay free. Everything felt safe, too. I never felt like I needed to watch my back in the parking lot lol. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice and the bathroom is a decent size. I travel heavy with a lot of products so having a place for my stuff was good. Everyone was nice, including other guests. It was a great stay.

The room didn't have a microwave or coffee maker but I realized that was my fault because I booked the room that didn't come with it. If that's important to you, pay attention to which room you are booking. There's a microwave for guests use in the lobby area so that worked out well for us since we only needed it occasionally. There was always fresh coffee in the lobby so I was okay without the coffee maker in the room. Honestly, there really wasn't anything to complain about

I really loved my 5-day stay here. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a budget hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The location is away from the highway so there’s no traffic noise. I would definitely stay here again. The fact that there is no pet fee is amazing. Kitty and I both appreciate that! As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

the first checking the front desk lady was very nice and calm

the housekeepers are rude as well they want to look crazy at you half of them don’t greet you rather they speak English or not you can still greet paying customers! they feel like that’s not apart of customer service! regardless of where I stay I never leave a room nasty I take trash out I gather all towels together before I check out of any stay but housekeeping will look at you like it’s nasty. i never complain but this is one two many times I have spent my money with this hotel to only be disappointed! my daughter were comfortable though very peaceful there

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the area was nice and quiet despite its proximity to the airport. The hotel was also very clean and definitely worth the money. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a few roaches show up but it's Texas so that's to be expected but other than that it was great.

I like that the room had shampoo and conditioner dispensers how comfortable the bed was and how it smelled clean when you walked in Compared to a couple of rooms that I stayed in that smell like mold or musty didn’t provide you with shampoo or soap.

The room was EXTREMELY comfortable and the staff was very nice!! Even though our room did not have a kitchenette, they had ice machines in all the floors, and a microwave and a coffee machine in the lobby, which came in handy if needed! It is just 10 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas! So it is very well located!

Everything was great in there I didn't have no problems no situations everything went the way it was

The only thing I dislike in that place was the lack of Internet. I told him I wanted a better place with the best connection and they put me in a place with the lowest.

Reception was great 👍 we came in at around 8 pm, and he treated us nicely and also talked Spanish. In less than 5 minutes, my room key was ready. And the cleanes of our bed was great white sheets were actually white!

That there was no pool. Also that my room was humid when we first arrived.

The location

I have stayed at the hotel a lot of times and everything has been great but there’s a certain smell that doesn’t make me feel comfortable I thinks it’s kinda like moldy besides that everything is perfect.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Appreciated that pets are free of charge at this location. Really enjoyed my stay.

The shower head in the bathroom could of been better.
