The rooms are large but feel a little dated. However the beds are very comfortable. Even though the resort was busy it never felt crowded and there were always beds to be had at the pool and on the beach. The staff is well trained and always eager to please. Especially in the restaurant they were always at hand which was quite remarkable considering the restaurant and terrace were fully booked. The quality of food was excellent with nice choice of local and international dishes. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be wanted and they make an excellent espresso ( at an extra cost). But most of all the location on the beach was what decided it for me. In the afternoon, when the tide is out, you can walk for miles along an almost empty beach!

The aircon units for the lobby area were directly next to my room #201 which was annoying at night time, as they quite noisily started up at frequent intervals.

The atmosphere here is wonderfully family-friendly, surrounded by charming scenery. Our stay was delightful, and I was particularly impressed with how welcoming they were to our dog. The food was outstanding, and we loved relaxing by the beach, where the stunning shoreline allowed us to enjoy the soft sand. Just a few hours from Bangkok, this destination truly surpassed our expectations for a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I definitely plan to return in the future.

We was slightly let down by the need to purchase bottled water each time we wanted a drink at the bar. We did appreciate the daily water refills provided in our rooms, though. It was also surprising to learn on our last day about the dish of the day, which the staff hadn’t mentioned upon our arrival. By the third day, the menu felt a bit repetitive, and we would have appreciated being informed about this by the waitstaff on our first day.

Everything was great. The staff is very helpful and caring. Good location and the beach. Breakfast is good and on request we had steamed veggies extra prepared for our baby, which were great!

The hotel restaurant is quite expensive but there are many others of them on the beach.

Anantasila exceeded by far our expectations. The decorations for the festive season were superbe. The team at the front desk and the restaurant were exceptional and we were super happy with the location. This bay is far nicer than the main Hua Hin strip. We particularly loved the timeless and local feel of the hotel. Off the typical global branded hotel, Anantasila has a nice homey and family feel. We loved it!

Nice beach, good breakfast and very comfortable room. But most important things that touched us were the friendliness of the staffs there. They were so well mannered and very professional. Very attentive but not obtrusive at all. I think this is really a true "Thai soft power". Anyway, the are other staffs from nearby countries as well. All in all, they are all nice people.

Just the dinner that I had on the first night. We ordered saute "morning glory" . The chef didn't pay much attention to prepare this dish as he didn't cut that long vegetable in smaller pieces. It's just a small glitch but can not help me thinking why he can't just spend time to cut the vegetable. So we end up chewing those long piece of morning glory. Not a good sight to look at. Luckily, I'm with my family, not with my date : )

Our family of four (two boys 6 and 8) arrived at the hotel from Bangkok. From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well and respectfully. If you are looking for a place to relax on the beach for a few days, look no further. The hotel is right next to the beach and it's very calm and quiet. The kids had a great time spending their time on the beach and the pool. The restaurant overlooks the beach and ocean and you have a great variety of Thai and western options to choose from which are all delicious. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. We can't recommend it enough and we'll be back for sure.

A great resort located right on the beach so it was a matter of 15m from the pool to the beach with lounges, bar and restaurant facilities available. The breakfast was fantastic, it covered both Western and Asian food, no shortage of choices, it catered for for all. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The only issue was that the Resort was a good distance from the city centre so you would need a car or the use of a taxi to get there. With all the advantages for this resort, the distance from the city centre pales into insignificance.

Decent sized room with comfortable beds, fridge, and small balcony. Located on a lovely quiet beach, right beside Chopstick mountain. Lovely on-site restaurant, on the beach. Good breakfast included. My second time staying, and would stay again. Shuttle to town once during the day, otherwise 200 bhat for a taxi. Lovely grounds with beautiful flowers.

Handrail for the pool. More gluten-free choices on the menu. Gluten-free breakfast cereal/ bread etc.

Beautiful hotel. A lot of care has gone into the decor and the lovely Christmas decorations. It was my birthday and they did a wonderful display in my bedroom as well as a cake and some free drinks after dinner. We’ve eaten there many times before and the food is amazing. Lovely choices for breakfast and we were even given a tour of the food options by a staff member.

Seemed like a long walk to get to other bars. We had been staying in the centre prior to our arrival so closer to other bars and shops
