Dusit princess hotel looks new. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.nice swimming pool in a beautiful are. walking distance to seacon square mall which you can get anything you want and 3 min driving to paradise park shopping center. Close to the airport like 30 min driving. Kind and helpful staff.

Hotel is very far from the city( which you can see it while booking). Breakfast wasn't really good specifically forv4 stars hotel I was expected more! They don't even provide a proper coffee machine! I'm sure with a little bit of attention they can make it better.

I paid my 10 day visit up front on my visa debit card they had no record of pay my transactiom good thing was save in my phone hotel clerk try to double bill she took a pictore of my paid transaction i think that was poor actions on hotel trying to double bill me other that mishap was very good but thst should not happen

My family (wife, daughter and I) have stayed in quite a few hotels in Bangkok over the years and Dusit Princess has been the best. Ticked all the boxes for us. Location for shopping for the wife & daughter, WIFI for all of us, Gym and pool for me. Staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

Only slight negative was the lack of balconies. Not for the views but to dry clothes after swimming. Just about managed to dry overnight in the bathroom. Take a spare . Not sure if all rooms lack balcony but all of the ones I could see did not have one. Did not detract from a very nice hotel.

Every staff member at the front desk and in the lobby provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with great soundproofing that blocked out any street noise. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Some staff members were proficient in Chinese, which made everything very convenient for me. The hotel also had a swimming pool, and outdoor seating areas were available for relaxation, giving off a vacation vibe. A staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese provided excellent service, and the doorman also helped call a taxi. I’m very grateful!

This is my 4th time staying here, and I do enjoy it. The staff are excellent; breakfast is excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. I love that it is next to a large local mall near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It has a great pool too. The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent working space, and natural light. Now with the new BTS operating, the location becomes even more accessible.

I did not like that they did not have mosquito control in the large reception area, making it highly uncomfortable to sit there for any period. Perhaps the management can invest in some control because it is a potential health issue with Malaria and Dengue.

The room is spacious and clean with big window and lots of natural light. The staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. They helped register me as a member so I could enjoy discounts on food and SPA services. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. Room service is great. Delicious and not over priced. The bed was very very comfortable. The hotel is next to two big shopping centers with lots of great restaurants and stores.

It’s not a bad thing, just a suggestion, would be nice if there was an option to order drinks/coffee/fruit or snacks while staying by the pool.

The young man in the reception felt like he did not trust me, and had a rough approach. He might have been in a bad mode. Might have been the manager for reception. The rest of the staff was amazing And of course, the location next to the road. It might be good, it might be bad.

Breakfast is great. varieties of food, well presented and tasty. Staff cooked perfect omelets Room is clean and beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning was too cold for me, and the engineer was able to fix the problems within an hour. Staff are warm and friendly. Location is great for us to walk across to visit my family and the shopping malls.

The right place if you wanna be close to the airport having a very pleasant stay! Right next to Seacon Square Mall (if you’re into shopping) and relatively close to Srinagarindra Train Night Market (amazing!) The staff was the best feature, extremely kind and dedicated! Good breakfast with lots of different options! Would recommend
