We had the suite and it was nice and large with a kitchen area and a living area separate from the bedroom. The location was great and walkable to shopping and the gondola ride. The breakfast was wonderful but there was limited inside seating and it was cool in the mornings even for August. The pool was nice and there was a hot tub but we couldn't get the jets to work. We called for maintenance but they never came while we were there.

The carpet in our room was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The bottoms of our shoes and feet were black from walking around in the rooms.

The breakfast in the mornings were so convenient, delicious and a big variety of offerings to choose from. I love the outdoor seating out front as well. Pool was relaxing and clean! All staff, including housekeeping staff, were polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was adequate. I also loved that there was an ice machine and laundry facilities, both of which I used!

Trash cans outside near parking lot would be dumped overnight by bears, including right in front of the elevator. Possibly consider bear-proof trashcans in the future.

Breakfast basic continental, but good. Room larger than we expected. Very neat and clean. EXCELLENT heating - temperature outside was in lower 30s to mid 20s Fahrenheit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ice machine only in ONE of several buildings in the complex. Never saw a vending machine. No bottled water.

Quaint, nice place which is near the tourist spots. Kids loved as well the breakfast included in our package.

We arrived just after a rainfall, though overall weather condition was on the cold side. The breakfast place requires some walk as it is in a separate building. If the rain continued, then it would have been an issue. A covered walkway would be a nice to have, if possible.

It is located close to the stores and attractions. The room is spacious. It was comfortable.the breakfast is satisfying.

It was a great stay. The only safety concern for me after a snowy day is somehow clearing the stairway to prevent slip. We were in second floor just right above the main office building.

The location was really great, walking distance to lake, market, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and Gandola. Clean with nice breakfast and pool. Great for families

The pool towel could be full size, and some more umbrellas at the pool would be great. Barbecue grill will further elevate the space

The Location was very close to everything.

We encountered a bear, we feel there should be warning signs to alert guests. Also the trash cans have an open top. In bear country normally the trash cans are covered and secured for the reason of bears looking for food.

It was good to have the breakfast included and the hotel is too close to heavenly. The staff is too friendly. The booking app made a mistake but the guy in the registration helped us a lot to gave us what we paid. I want to give thanks to a made roomer (I don’t know her name) she was so nice with us and she kept our room clean and with all necessary things.

We had a problem with the booking app. Our reservation was a large room with 2 beds but the app “booking” didn’t make the correct reservation. They gave us the smaller room with one bed and we are a family with 2 kids. That wasn’t the hotel fault it was the booking app fault.

Location is perfect. Very quiet. Happy the pool was open. Breakfast was great, best we had on our trip, and we stayed in 4 different hotels. Best coffee out of all of them. Beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great in the room. Loved that they had built in J.R. Watkins shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

only thing I can think of to improve would maybe better trash bins next to the stairways. An animal (assuming raccoon but who knows) hit every trashcan we could see. We cleaned the one up by our room. It was after whatever food was thrown out.

Close to the center of entertainment, restaurants,shopping

Air conditioning turns off and room temperature gets hot, telephone line not functioning,cable is loose,when you plug in the wall it is loose, same breakfast menu is served, garbage gets too full on common areas.
