This cute little place was close to the Heavenly village - not close enough to walk in your snow boots though. The room was clean and clearly updated recently. Everything was in working order and I slept great! Loved the always always always quick response through text. Incredible!!! Loved the remote door locking feature. My husband had forgot to lock the door with the code one day. I texted and they locked it for us remotely! Fan-Freaking-tastic feature! Thank you so much!!!!

They did have a Keurig in the room but it was very difficult to use for us personally. You had to move the whole tray to a plug to make coffee. Maybe a coffee station in the lobby? But I do recognize that could pose messes with inconsiderate coffee achievers... LOL So I will give you that one!! But really overall GREAT stay here!!

The cleaning service is thorough, which is very reassuring! The bed is comfortable, and there's plenty of bath hot water. Both heating and refrigerator are available, and there's an ample supply of towels. A microwave is provided in the room. The location is convenient; there are plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the nearby beach is also accessible on foot. You can inquire about discounts on beach entrance fees.

Some of the appliances, such as the heater and refrigerator, make a bit of noise. The room's soundproofing isn't great, but most people don't seem to be bothered by it. However, it's worth considering for those who are sensitive to noise, like footsteps. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows are quite high; it would be nice to have the option of lower ones. We're two people, but only one paper cup was provided, possibly just an oversight in counting quantities.

Great location near the Heavenly gondola. Clean room with a cute heater that looks like a fireplace. Bed mattress is firm but comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Room also has a microwave and minifridge. I did the late checkout which cost an extra $25 for checking out at 11:30 AM (at noon it's $50). Staff replied promptly to my texts. If all you're looking for is a nice room to stay at while you go skiing/snowboarding/etc., then this is a good value.

Room was a bit pricey. There's no hot tub, pool or common area on the property, compared to similar-priced hotels in the area.

Great quality for the price ! Great location, response time was quick and contactless check-in was nice. They accommodate an early check in . Kiddos to the establishment on their customer service and on their upkeep to the Hotel . Major kiddos to the house keeping who have rooms clean ! The added touches like towels folded resort style, microwave, refrigerator, microwave , iron , hair dryer , table/chair in corner of room and fireplace were a great touch ! Wood floors were nice and Husband even said you can tell sheets and pillows were washed as they smelled wonderful ! Bed was very comfortable and would highly recommend for couples stay or family stay was very quite and peaceful ! Don't have a pool but that's why you come to Lake Tahoe for the Lake ! They have way more added amenities inside rooms than hotels and resorts that are twice the price in the area ! Will be back and will highly recommend to Family & Friends ! Thank you for making our first trip to Lake Tahoe with an Infant comfortable and enjoyable !

Our room was so beautiful and spacious!! The bed was super comfortable and the linen felt so soft and nice! The shower had really good water pressure. They don’t have a front desk, the check in is online and you access your room via code, which is very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Tahoe. Restaurants and the beach (pricey) in walking distance.

The online check in and access to the room by code is a great idea. The communication about it was just a bit much. Mails, texts, WhatsApp and booking.com messages, calls. I think it would be more convenient to just get the information once or twice via one channel, keeping in mind that there are extra costs for non US visitors when calling and texting. Also housekeeping would have been great, especially when staying longer.

It is a great value for the money. I love the sleek decor of the room. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay, plus more. The staff was so good to keep me informed of when our room was available, and the specific code needed to unlock our door. They made me feel like they really cared about us. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

If I had to say something negative about the room, it would be getting it cooled off to where we could sleep comfortably. But that was mainly because the sun set on the front of the building and it shine through the glass doors. We did get it cooled down and it was perfect.

The location was great. Everything we came to do in Tahoe was within a 2 mile radius, so that was a major plus. The room was spacious and clean. Although the parking lot was small, we had no trouble finding an available spot. I also liked the pre-check in procedure and contactless check-in.

I received about 7 messages prior to my check-in, which could have been reduced to maybe 2. The power went off, so our heater was off until staff came to reset it, which took a minute. Staff also had to come into our room while we were gone since the breakers were in our room. However, they did ask for permission to enter, and I had no problem with it, personally. When we came back, none of our personal belongings were moved or lost. It was more of a minor inconvenience.

Easy, contactless check in and check out with good communication prior to arrival. Spotlessly clean, large suite with plenty of heating plus both a shower and a spa bath. Easy walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants but far enough off the main road to be very quiet.

Separate toilet "room" was more like a broom closet than a toilet and in an ideal world would be a little larger. Not a deal breaker but was a little surprising given the quality of the rest of the suite.

This property is well located between the shops/restaurants and the lake. Everything is in walking distance which is great because parking is difficult and expensive in SLT. The room was very clean and they gave us an early check in. Communication with the “team” was prompt and polite. We did have access to a community room where we could sit and visit with our family or play a game.

The lack of anyone on the property to reach out to for information is a drawback. It’s not welcoming and, although you can call or text someone, it lacks a personal touch. Everything is so generic. Also, the decor is black! Ugh. Lighten things up! The outside of this property looks uninviting because there are no plants or greenery around.

This is a wonderful property! Clean, good value, friendly, professional staff, great central location, well maintained, quiet. This was our second stay and we will be back. During our first stay, I had the signature king room which had tile flooring and an accent rug - it was cozy and good for someone like me who has seasonal allergies and asthma. During this last stay I mistakenly booked a standard room that has carpeting through out. Because of my severe health issues, the carpet agitated my allergy/asthma symptoms - something to consider if you have similar health problems. However, I called customer service and Anj went above and beyond to talk to her supervisor and switched us to another room without carpet. I ended up in the Heavenly Suite and it was heavenly indeed. We will stay in this room going forward. The jetted tub, comfy bed, refrigerator, microwave, dish, glass, and silverware, coffee maker all made our stay easy and enjoyable! We can’t recommend this place enough!
