We stay at the hotel when we travel to Nicaragua we love it. All good .

This time there was a basketball or volleyball championship event in Managua and floors 2,3 and 4 I believe were taken by the teams staying at the hotel and the girls (players) were extremely loud specially late at night passed midnight. Doors slamming , running and yelling in the rooms and we couldn't sleep or rest.Kelly the manager was nice to provide a better room on the last day, but the other two days were terrible.

I liked the check in process .they were very kind , proffessional and ensured i was attended well. My room was ready early, and that was so helpful as i was tired from long red eye flight. The room.was spotless, the ac was so good .tv worked flawlessly with over 500 channels. Very good hotel. Breakfast was tasty.

The security box didnt work properly. The safe was out of batteries so i coulndt place my valuables in the safe.

the breakfast and attention was excellent. Mr Morgan was fantastic. room was good.

did not like they charged us different for breakfast and no chairs or tables at the terrace

The bed was high quality and the quiet was worth the extra money paid!

The breakfast buffet wasn't very good so I didn't eat there.

Excellent location, friendly & efficient staff, cleanliness, excellent breakfast with good waiter service, constant security.

outdoor pool and patio furniture could be better maintained. shower not brilliant- water was just warm but not hot.

The staff is willing and very accommodating, however, they need more training ..........

The biggest handicap is the size of the rooms, and more critical the size of the bathroom, very small and uncomfortable.

This is a very nice hotel, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room service was very good and the meals at the restaurant were yummy, although a bit pricey. Right across from the hotel there is Plaza Inter, a shopping mall with a food court, a supermarket and various shops. It was convenient for us to just walk to this place and grab a quick bite or buy some necessities at the supermarket. The location was ideal, close to many main attractions, such as the Malecon, Salvador Allende Boardwalk and La Cathedral. The location was also safe, with security guards at the hotel, we rented a car and had no problem leaving our car in the parking space in front of the hotel.

The room that wad was very nice, a suite with view of the lake, however, the water pressure was not the greatest. The mini fridge was really small and could barely fit a few drinks. I wish it was a bit bigger to fit left over food we would bring from eating out. Also, there are no microwaves in the rooms. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant, although they had ceiling fans out side the patio where you can also eat and have a view of the pool.

Everything, friendly staff, big spacious rooms, comfy beds, free parking, good location close to the “old” city center, lovely buiding, nice pool area

No hot shower, but that’s almost everywhere in Nicaragua

The breakfast was good as well as the coffee. Large selection of fruits, eggs and potatoes.

The Covid protocol to be served everything was a nusance and not warranted.
