The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. It includes a great variety of fruits, cheeses, bread and pastries. Also, the omelet bar with eggs cooked to order was great! Service in the breakfast room was excellent, and the coffee, as always in Nicaragua, was outstanding, and can be served with hot milk. The pool looked great but it was raining at the time so I didn't swim.

The furniture in the room was a little worn, but the bed was still comfortable. I didn't like that people could still smoke cigarettes on the property, in the breezeways near guest rooms. It was pretty stinky at one point.

Staff are very attentive and make everything they can to make your stay great. Fantastic Buffett breakfast with chefs cooking eggs any style. Very close to airport and they will help you organise transportation to/ from. Huge swimming pool and very good size room with great AC. Would stay here again, it’s been the best hotel we’ve stayed in while in Nicaragua and the location is great. Good business center with printer and great Wi-Fi. I had to take a call for work while staying here and facilities were great.

Good location and close to airport. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were fantastic. We had to take and early morning flight so we checked out at 5 am. The breakfast at that time was only coffee and pastry....

The airport taxi is chargeable. With the hotel of this size, it should have free shuttles to the airport. Some hotels around the airport offers packed breakfast if you have to leave early morning... may be something to consider!

Probably the best hotel breakfast experience that I have ever had in my life, comparing to breakfast experiences at fine hotels in Paris, London, Berlin, and some Caribbean hotels. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms and common areas.

There was a guest with some very loud music at the pool area. Would prefer that music is only offered by the hotel or that one of the staff members to have requested the rude guest to control the level of his music. The pool is a very beautiful and peaceful area that should be respectfully enjoyed by all guests.

Lots of space, wonderful pool and great breakfast buffet. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Prices are good too and they helped us organizing transportation to and from the airport (5 minutes drive away). I had to take a business call during my stay and the wifi was excellent. They do provide a business center which is very comfortable and convenient.

I liked that the hotel had a sauna and a steam room! It was close to the airport making it very convenient to leave on the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and the room was great as well.

There was no jacuzzi, laundry service is expensive and doesn't happen on sundays. There was an event the night we stayed there which was quite loud.

However, when it comes to using their shuttle services, it is ridiculously expensive. The hotel is literally about 5 mins away to the airport, yet they charge $5 (USD) per person. We were a total of 5 (2 children, 3 adults) and we paid $25 just to get to the airport, which is 5 mins away. That to me is ridiculous.

Waiters for outdoor restaurant need more service training. They drop off the food then have to be hunted down if customers need anything. Also don’t have free shuttle. Cost is $10 US for a 5-minute ride

Great location close to the airport, spacious rooms, good selection at breakfast.

Millions of mosquitoes not only outside but also inside the hotel and rooms. Upon arrival in our room we killed almost 20 of them. The same challenges are with restaurant, quite disturbing to sit and eat as you are constantly attacked by mosquitoes. Hotel should implement some kind of preventative measures for indoor spaces.

Breakfast was excellent, exceeded my expectations. The pool was great and the facilities were clean. Employees were very attentive and we felt safe in the hotel.

We booked a King suite and were given a double bed room. We had to demand a room with a king bed for me and my husband and after a bit of pushing, they had one available but I don't think it was the suite we booked.
