Kununurra is in the WA Kimberly area. We are travelling with a Pet, and the Temperature was 40 degrees. This motel had a lovely hidden Garden and great pool. We were made very welcome. However as it just before the wet, we arrived just before they would do their main yearly maintenance. The staff - brilliant. The safety - excellent. The facilities, neat , tidy and comfortable.

As it was just before the Wet that we arrived, it was clear that some yearly maintenance was soon to occur. I believe once this is done, it will be Excellent.

Newly renovated a relaxing country style motel in the centre of town. With great big verandas with great comfortable arm chairs to enjoy that BRILLIANT outback sunset enjoying a cool refreshment after your day of adventure. Everything was lovely clean well presented. Lovely bathroom . Down stairs there is a fantastic share kitchen even a laundry . A refreshing pool area with a great BBQ great for the whole family. A lovely Tranquil garden to relax in . Watching the native birdlike, lizards scurring around. Even a fish and chip restaurant on sites. The property has our security in mind with high security fencing well lit car Park and security cameras on premises the staff are extremely friendly and helpful tours can be booked from front counter. Nothing bets that local knowledge the team can offer

The motel was quiet, very good location for walking distance to shops and entertainment in town. Comfortable room. The onsite kitchen and laundry facilities are a big bonus as is the swimming pool. I was able to connect my car frig to power which enabled me to stay at the Kimberley Croc Motel, before continuing on my travels.

The curtain in Room 11 needs replacing.

Accommodation was in town and close to attractions. Everything was within walking distance if you did not have a car. Accommodation was comfortable and well priced. Room was spacious and well appointed if showing some age. Staff were very accommodating and offered late checkout when we were leaving. Pool was well kept and great temperature. Communal kitchen was well setup and clean. There were no issues with not fearing safe. They offered free airport transfers.

There was some noice in the street late at night but that was not the fault of the accommodation provider.

Extremely friendly and welcoming receptionist. I was both picked up and driven back to Kununurra Airport for free. Furthermore, I was given good recommendations about where to go for dinner and they helped me arrange a friendly driver to take me to the wonderful Kangaroo Haven in Kununurra. Besides this the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I never felt unsafe as a female solo traveller as the Motel is gated and closed off at night (only accessible for guests).

There was some noisy maintenance around the pool area during mornings and daytime.

The staff were amazing. I had to cancel my first booking at no notice due to a break down and then try to book with no notice and no idea how long I needed the room for. The staff moved heaven and Earth to sort a room for my dog and I and were so flexible with daily updates. They were just amazing.

I was fine for parking as other than first and last night, my car was at the workshop but it would be great if there was a bit more parking (although I can see there is no room for them).

This is my second year staying at this facility. Just like last year the staff, service, and feeling of being welcome makes this a great place to stay. It is a genuine comfortable Motel accommodation with all necessary facilities and right in the middle of Kununurra.

On this occasion there was only one issue which was a bit disturbing. The fish and chip shop is on the premises and children accompanying their parents run up and down the stairs to the upper landing and seem to think it is a game. Perhaps the gates to the accommodation should be shut at all times. Patrons have keys to the accommodation compound and there is no need for free access by anyone other than guests to this area.

Fabulous Location. Near shops. Fish and chips shop on-site which we enjoyed. Lovely garden and small fountain. Loved the huge shared kitchen where we cooked up a hot breakfast 3 times. Cheap washing machine and dryer was very handy. Lovely staff. Outdoor chairs and table by your door. We really loved this place. Secure at night too.

The location, was perfect, and secure, it's a walking distant to everything. I like the kitchen and the swimming pool and great garden area. I will definitely be booking my accommodation at the Kimberley Croc in the near future. thank you!

The ladies at the receptionist were very professional and helpful with my booking and directions of the facility. The place was also secured for parking!

I had no problems at all and I recommend for others who are travelling in and out of Kununurra to book in at Kimberley Croc Motel!
