It would have been good to have some cleaning during the week.

Cleaning and bed-making at least every second day. It was a bit hot to walk into town, and dangerous as. lot of unfenced guard dogs, but taff didn't offer us a lift to town until I read on the last day that you could request one, even though I asked them on the first day how I could get to town. They told me to call a taxi but the taxis were perpetually unavailable and we had to walk. One day I waited 40 minutes for a taxi after contacting four different taxi services so I had to take the shopping trolley back to the units to carry my shopping and the hotel rang me to report to me that I had left a shopping trolley outside.

The place was very clean. The common areas were spacious and open plan so it was a good space to hang out with the group. The Master is huge and the rest of the bedrooms a good size. There was a carton of milk in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch. Kitchen has everything required for self catering. Bathrooms were good, hot water and good pressure in the showers. No other amenities except soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser all in pumps (BYO shower cap etc). There was a hairdryer. The free shuttles to and from the airport were great with no waiting times. There is free shuttle into town at 10am. Would be nice to have more regular shuttle times even if you need to pay. There's a bar/restaurant next door at the Grande, open 7 days, if you don't have easy access to town and a coffee shop in the caravan park opposite. The Pumphouse restaurant is promoted but you do need transport to get there (transport is available at a cost - check price before booking). Tips: There's liquor restrictions in Kununurra so make sure you take your physical ID. Also, being a small town, a lot of places are closed on Sunday so plan ahead - Coles is open and a couple of souvenir stores in the mall.

As mentioned in other reviews, noise from upstairs apartment is quite loud just from footsteps, scraping chairs etc. I would request an upstairs apartment because it can disturb your sleep. There is no security box which is surprising given how we were told to be cautious and lock all doors. Early check in and late check out wasn't available for us (there were lots of availability on booking.com the day we were checking out) but the times are stated clearly so I didn't rate down (or up :)) for this. Air con in master did not work, but again I didn't rate down as we only informed the reception on check out.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals if we wanted do. The resort was beautiful and well kept. It was easy to access and park and we felt safe and secure the whole time. The pool area was great, with lots of places to relax. There was a BBQ area that looked nice and clean and well kept. We would stay here again and we would recommend this resort to other families.

We stayed from Sunday Night to Saturday Morning. We were in a 2 bedroom unit on the bottom floor that was a disabled room. The room itself was very clean and tidy and had most things we could have wanted (large size fridge/freezer, reasonable stove and oven, all the plates and bowls, (Although bigger sized bowls would have been good for breakfasts), bath and pool towels in the rooms, a good TV and comfy couches). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was great.

We would not choose this room again for a few reasons (but would stay here again). As a tall family the lower kitchen benches weren't ideal, but as a disability room, they would have been perfect (They even thought about how someone in a wheelchair could get to the sink and had an empty space under the sink behind the cupboard doors so you could get your wheelchair under it). The biggest issue for us being on the ground floor was the noise from above. Even just normal walking around the room above created noise in our room. We had early risers (5.30am some mornings) and this woke us as they were moving around. If I was to book here again, I would probably request a room with no other room above, or be the one in the upstairs room.

I had an upstairs apartment looking over the lake across the road. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a very relaxing area with sun beds to relax on. Every morning I crossed the road to the coffee shop at the caravan park for great coffee as well good takeaway breakfast options. I loved the location as I could walk around the lake in a peaceful area but also walk to the shops.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was well equipped , comfy and clean. It had a nice layout with individual aircond and fan in each area. Even a fan at the patio as it helped when the guest next door smoked. Nice serene green garden made it a perfect place for relaxing.

No washing machine in the apartment, only at a common guest laundry service. Availability of a food and beverage outlet will make this a ‘proper’ resort.

The room was better than expected, spacious and comfortable!

I wasn't aware that there was no restaurant at this location. We were hoping for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. This time of the year Kununurra had very little to offer so this was the only negative. Apart from that we were very happy and staff were super helpful. Still highly rate the accommodation 5 stars,

Beautiful setting, gorgeous gardens, resort feel, superb pool. Very helpful staff…asked for a non slip bath mat and had two delivered within minutes. Perfect location. Everything was carefully taken care of, good attention to detail. Couldn’t find fault. Definitely best place to stay in Kununurra. Not cheap but worth it for such great accommodation.

This relatively new property is perfectly located across from Celebrity Park and a short walk into the township. The open planned apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for short or long stays. The property has a nice pool and outdoor bbq area and the staff were a delight, especially Paul the shuttle bus driver.

Downstairs apartments sleeping habits were determined by occupiers of the apartment above, where every movement above could be heard below! Get an upstairs apartment or one in the single storey block.

Nice ambience. Good facilities. Great pool. Easy walk to pub and grand for a meal. Happy with our one week stay.

There is very poor sound proofing between units especially between ground and first floor The guests weren’t doing anything wrong but we heard every step amplified. Next time I’d stay upstairs!
