Once we got there, the stay was wonderful. The beds were very comfy, The shower was clean and roomy, the black out curtains were AMAZING especially with the fabulous noon check out. Front desk staff and bistro staff were super kind and helpful!!

The customer support BEFORE arrival is horrible. I booked through Booking.com but when I had questions about the rooms was instructed to call the # for the hotel. That number sent me down an automated menu spiral from Hell that ultimately ended me up with mostly people who either couldn't find my reservations or some how couldn't hear me or disconnected me all together. The few helpful people I did get were very helpful though. Getting to them was a nightmare. Led to alot of probably unnecessary anxiety for me.

I used to live near there and we were getting together with friends near there. We’ve stayed there before. It’s always clean and has food, coffee and bar. The handicap rooms were easy to access with the automatic door opener.

The doors near the handicap parking aren’t set up for handicap access. It was difficult to get through the doors with a wheelchair or walker.

I liked how close we were to PNC Arena. We stayed in the hotel because we were going to the Carolina Hurricanes hockey game, and the hotel was close to the arena. The hotel was also very quiet and very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff was nice, and the hotel was comfortable and quiet.

I really like the farm fresh breakfast bowl, I take it to work and enjoy it around 10am. The location of the hotel is good also, with the MacGregor center across the street.

I miss a restaurant in a hotel, with a bar to relax in the evening after work, but I see that most hotels don't have them anymore.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Our daughter forgot her favorite toy at the hotel. The staff saved it and emailed us updates about the toy’s “life” at the hotel with pictures. My daughter was thrilled to know that the toy was taken care of until we were able to picked it up. Very cute!

Ideal location to the McGregor center, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

You can hear the traffic at night on the right side of the hotel. I would prefer a room on the left side of the hotel away from the main road.

I love that there is a Starbucks inside Courtyard properties. Staff was great and our room was wonderful.

I was checked out of my room one day early, but that was quickly corrected by staff.

The property was centrally located to my event , restaurants, shopping and other activities!

The property was beautifully landscaped and serene.

I can always count on Courtyard Marriott. It is the same high quality each time I am there. My salad missed a few things but I don’t mind about that if I am sleeping SO well and the rooms are spotless.

We stayed here for one night just to see a comedy show in town. Very nice location not too far from the action (having your own car is probably best). There’s a nice area right next to it, and our room was clean. The check in and out process is quick. And they have a little area where you can get snacks, use a microwave, or get tiny toiletries. They also have a nice bistro/Starbucks area. There’s also a bar in the lobby as well as a nice little courtyard area.

I didn’t stay long enough to find fault anywhere.
