It was a good location for our needs (visiting family in Cary). The staff were very friendly and provided good service. The rooms were clean and suitable for our weekend stay. We enjoyed the restaurant.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. It was very warm in there after a shower and hard to hold the door ajar for air. The room rate also seemed high for a weekend stay, especially adding in the non-complementary breakfast.

The hotel was close to the event we were attending and super close to Target and other stores.The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.

There was not enough lighting in the junior suite, which made it difficult to read a book. Had I been there for work purposes, there wouldn’t have been enough lighting to work from my computer or take virtual meetings. Most of the light came from the natural lighting from having the curtains drawn but wasn’t enough lighting for the lounge area.

My husband loved using the indoor pool and I love that it is pet friendly hotel. The small detail such as on the tv screen welcoming me by my name. Rooms were good size I thought it would be really small. Breakfast was very good

I think the restaurant menu for lunch/dinner could improve. I had a pepperoni flatbread pizza and Cesar salad and was not really impressed. Not enough moving carts, my husband had to make 2-3 trips to the car to bring things up to the room.

A great property to stay! The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff was super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is a paid breakfast, but all made to order and well worth the price!

Everything was great. I had 2 reservations which was done by accident but anyway we switched rooms the next day and the mattress was extremely bad. The middle of the bed was sinking I felt the coils but other then that the food, staff and hotel was very nice and clean.

the room was small and had two queen beds with large wooden frames Everytime i walked through the room I banged my knee on the bed frame corner. the pool was a little too cool, it would have been nice to have a working fan in the bathroom, but everything else was fine.

Clean, no bad odors from hotel carpeting in common areas. Staff was nice and friendly, dining area and wait staff was very good, food was good

My air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly and after being set at 70 degrees, the air never seem to reach that temperature and seemed to stay steady at 74 degrees. I didn't report this to the facility during my stay.

We felt comfortable and it seemed clean. The location was good for where we needed it. There were many shops and restaurants nearby.

We didn't like that we had to buy our breakfast. The continental breakfast was a banana or apple and yogurt. Very few choices unless you purchased a plate.
