The hotel is on a busy but pleasant main road which is around 5-10 minutes walk into the city centre. It is just behind the road which has a bus stop which takes you to the main train station (which is some miles away from the town), so its location is pretty good. The lobby didn't impress me though - it was more like a hostel! The receptionists were friendly but were behind a glass panel and were always seated which came across as unwelcoming. My room was quite old-fashioned in its decor but was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was okay too. It had few accessible electric sockets. Breakfast was good and was in an interestingly decorated room (with again a rather Victoriana feel). It had a good choice and was buffet style and there was plenty of it. Overall it was great value for money and a comfortable stay.

The lobby area layout had a rather unwelcoming, hostel-style feel to it. It could do with a good refurbishment and reorganisation.

Good location, comfortable and very good value. Good breakfast. Underground parking was easy to access although it was located in the middle of the dual carriageway - easier than it sounds - and the hotel's spaces were clearly marked. Temporary parking outside the hotel was very useful for unloading luggage and getting carpark instructions

The hotel is a little bit difficult to spot when driving, partly due to trees. We missed it first time around. The room was fairly small and we would not have wanted to stay here for more than 1 or 2 nights.

Loved the French salon style in the bedroom, bathroom & in the breakfast room and reception. Comfortable beds and a good nights sleep and the location was handy for shops and a river walk to relax. Quality! Breakfast was nice but not refilled enough when we went for breakfast before 10am. Parking was okay as we found a parking bay just around the corner, though it was a canal holiday and the streets were quiet. It was free to park until 10am the next morning and then it was only cents for a couple of hours. You can park in front of the hotel to unload and repack your car.

A little tight the room between bed and wardrobe but we managed. Paying 12€ per night for our dog. We only paid 7.50€ a night in Madrid. It’s annoying when you have a small hypoallergenic dog so she doesn’t shed and we bring her bedding and food bowls to have to pay then she leaves no mess for them to clear up. We can understand it if it’s a bigger dog that is likely to shed and causes added cleaning, but we believe you should be charged only if that is necessary rather than just incase!

Stayed before and is ideally located in the centre of the beautiful city of Burgos. Staff always friendly and helpful. A special mention must be made to Ivan , the duty manager who was very empathetic and helpful when we arrived after midnight due to having a puncture earlier in the day. On both visits he has been very helpful and attentive to our requirements. Car parking in very secure underground carpark across road from hotel with easy access to unload and load car in front of hotel.

Very smart, clean and well-presented hotel. Bedroom very comfortable. Good wi-fi. Multi-socket connector on desktop. A useful addition. Limited parking nearby and mainly blue-zone. Secure underground car parking opposite front door. On arrival you can park directly outside the front door for 30 minutes to take bags to room and organise parking. Staff fluent in English and very helpful.

Not many restaurants close by. We found a Chinese 5 minutes walk away and an Indian 8 minutes away. Mainly bars and shops nearby.

The young lady at reception was excellent, very knowledgable and helpful, the location and parking were brilliant, we parked our VW T6 with roof rails in the underground car garage. And a very nice room. Great that our dog was allowed to stay.

we were disappointed that there was not early breakfast option as we had to leave by 07:30, a blanket or something similar would also of been nice for the dog to sleep on.

The location was great. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Burgos. The room was good and clean with everything we needed and the bed was very big. But the best thing were the staff, really friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggage when we had checked out so that we could have a final walk around the city. I know that every hotel does that but they were so nice and a credit to the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Burgos.

The only negative thing was nothing to do with the hotel. We had a room looking onto the street and the rubbish bins there were emptied in the early hours with quite a lot of noise!

The location was good and parking was convenient but not directly connected to the hotel. the decoration and the atmosphere was very pleasant and cared for. The staff was very nice and friendly. efficient on the explanations and with extyra information tailored for our needs. We travelled with our pet dog there was a prospect with dog friendly restaurants. that was delightful.

Was not aware that there would be a parking and pet charge until checkout has the response in the confirmation email stated - We requested “Please reserve parking. we will be bringing 1 small dog” and then received the following in the confirmation- “We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request.”

Very dog/pet friendly - they welcome dogs with their own drink and food bowls and a treat! (And the surcharge is very reasonable). The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Parking is very convenient and affordable and secure. The service is delightful - friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent value for money Breakfast is excellent.
