The whole property was very well maintained and clean. I loved that we had an access outside and inside. The breakfast was great and the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. I was shocked at how clean everything was. Walked throughout the place in just white socks and they barely had any dirt on them. If you stay in hotels often you know that this is shocking.

Outstanding breakfast, friendly staff, very quiet. The clerk put us in a nice room just steps from where the room was, which I really appreciated because I'm disabled. We stay here every time we're in Grove.

Not a lot. It was a very nice place. I don't like fan noise so the fan coming on in the bathroom when you turn on the light was a little annoying but not enough to really bother me.

The front desk staff was excellent, very kind and polite. We appreciated the boat parking and plug-ins.

One bedspread was stained, and the coffee maker was missing the tray. It was fine because the lobby had coffee. Also, I know the hotel was very busy, but I booked a room that said it had a private door, however when we checked in, the rooms with private doors were not available.

The staff was so friendly and sweet, made us feel at home. Tables were clean and staff was available and always asking if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this hotel, we have stayed before but this last time was even better.

Towels were a little scratchy but thats ok.

I loved everything about this location and plan to stay here when we go back. There isn’t any negative points. The only odd thing, there is no elevator to the second floor.

EVERYTHING! Rooms are always clean and ready, the breakfast is the best selection and quality. The pool is clear and clean. The staff are all professional and helpful to get you checked in quickly. Housekeeping are excellent at their job. My families favorite hotel.

There isn’t a think not to like.

The breakfast was good, and the front desk attendants were very nice.

The bathroom was dirty. I had to go get cleaning supplies to clean feces off of the toilet lid and seat. There also appeared to be mold on the walls in the bathroom.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and attractive! The pool is clean and fun. The free breakfast is the best ever! So many things to choose from. The staff keeps it stocked and the area is super clean. We love coming here.

There is nothing that we don’t like.

Great. Liked door leading to hallway as we stayed in the back and didn't have to walk around the building to get to the lobby.

Your website didn't say there would be additional fee for pets.

Staff was terrible and rude. A $100 shirt was left in the room by accident and they claim it was not because they wanted to keep it for themselves. Staff would get on to us for talking in the halls on our way to our room because apparently talking in a normal voice wakes people up.
