The hotel was fantastic for the price we paid. It was a good location close to the beach. The breakfast included was good and some mornings they didn't have enough guests to make the buffet worthwile so we picked something from the menu and they cooked it for us fresh which was great and much more preferred for us!

It's definitely nothing fancy but for the price of the rooms it exceeded our expectations. My only recommendation would be to cover the fruit at the breakfast buffet as sometimes it had fruit flies on it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Very helpful staffs, alert with smile. Room equipped with everything we needed. Can walked to the beach within few minutes. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Highly recommended for other guests.

The employees are very friendly. The room on the top floor is quiet. The bathtub (a bit small) was nice. Big buffet for breakfast (but everyday the same). Very professionnal, in particular Miss Vivi. We have extended our stay few times. They organized some taxi for us that was cheaper than other option outside. Bed was clean and confortable. The swimming pool was nice.

We had bad luck (same for a couple of friends weeks before and after us) because another à couple french-ukranian stay there for a very long time and behvave like it was their own property. If the French husband is there everything is OK, he takes care of their baby. But when the wife is alone, she eat the buffet food directly from the buffet and split over the other food, sometimes takes the full dish plate for herself, let the baby cry. At reception she interrupt other guest ls talking with the receptionnists and gave them orders and make mokery of them. We felt pity for the staff and very unconfortable (even scare) by this long term customer. Could give more exemples, but for sure our next stay in Danang and in this hotel will be better.

So this is a hit or miss, if you get a Suit for 45$ the one on the 14th floor is nice, has a large TV and panoramic windows, however the bathtub water pressure is so bad and there’s no cold water so after two hours it still won’t get filled. -Shower runs out of hot water through the day, some of the electric plugs don’t work, windows are filthy dirty and there was a cockroach once. - The steam room is very nice, that’s why I kept renting at that hotel.

The suit below on the 12th floor (no 13) smelled like mold, had smaller windows and had a small tv, I don’t understand why they don’t make that room presentable. I’ve asked to change me to the upper floor since I’ve stayed at the hotel before and know what’s available, which they did. - Pool has crap floating in there constantly, some drinking straws, bugs or grass etc. - The sauna doesn’t heat up past 50 degrees, making it useless. - Gym is awful, but then again who needs a gym on a vacay. - Bar street is a 10 minute walk away

The location of the hotel was nice about 5 minute walk to the beach the hotel was very clean had a very nice breakfast the Hotel staff were very accommodating and very nice. The receptionist named Hoa was unbelievably nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I come to da Nang!

The only drawback was the equipment in the gym was very dated and all machines but one did not work, but if you're not into doing that on vacation then it would not be a problem

The hotel is so nice, we actually extended our stay there twice. We loved the room with view of the ocean and the city (openable windows on two sides). Our room was clean and really comfy and together with the big bathroom felt spacious and had a really nice bathtub too. We used the rooftop swimming pool, steam room and sauna, a nice way to end the day and an amazing view from up there. The breakfast buffet is great with a wide selection of hot and cold food, Vietnamese and continental choices and fruit. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

An aircon unit on the outside wall of our room was misaligned and pretty noisy. Not a big problem once the windows and bathroom door was closed. The location of the hotel is a tad remote with a 15 -20 min walk required to a central and busy area of nice seafood restaurants and beach clubs. That said, there is a small cluster of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel.

Facilities was great especially the free use of sauna and steam room with pool. Room is clean and spacious.The breakfasr was good too.I like the location only few minutes walk to the beach.Customer service was excellent, very accommodatimg staff (Vivi) went beyond her service in assisting us our tour and train booking.Highly recommended hotel

Great sea view from our room, wonderful rooftop swimming pool and brand new gym equipment for a good work out when it rained. A short walk to the beach. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and were very attentive.

Slight smell of paint/resin in room which we attributed to the recent decorating/refurbishment.

Got to say how helpful the staff were especially Vi Vi. She was excellent. The hotel was very clean and perfect for our stay, the room was really spacious.

Never waited long for the lift to arrive. The room was very large, great view and competitively priced. Only 5 minutes walk to beach or shops. The breakfast buffet always had lots to choose from. Staff always smiling and respectful.

Never used the gym or pool…neither looked particularly safe or enticing.
