Hotel location is perfect. Mart, Laundry, Various restaurants, cafes, and massages are all around the hotel and the sea arrives at the beach in one minute. The staff is always smiling and friendly.

A fantastic room in a lovely, well-specified hotel, in a great location in Danang. The room was large, with a nice bathroom, with monsoon and wand shower attachments. Plenty of hot/cold water with a nice flow. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast is served "buffet style" and has plenty of Vietnamese and Western options. The chef made a delicious omlette to order. The staff are all helpful, cheerful and kind people who try hard to make you comfortable. The airport shuttle service is excellent, in a very comfortable, spacious car.

Although the room and bathroom was clean, I would suggest a little more attention to some of the "hard to reach" cleaning locations, such as the A/C unit (which was covered in sticky dust) and the balcony (which had empty beer cans from the previous occupant).

Very nice hotel located in the best place with all restaurants, bars, massage shops. Definitely value for money. Would stay again if come back. We had two bedroom suite with one bathroom. All toiletries were provided daily, cleaned room also every day. Breakfast was good overall. We don’t eat pork so selection was a little limited for us, but we still found plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s also very nice bar and bbq place at the hotel. And also very cheap and fast laundry just 5m away, on the opposite side.

Everything was wonderful

Exceptionally helpful staff. Great location. Good value for money. Clean pillows, bedding and good quality linen. Found me a brand new matress topper to make bed more comfortable. It was then blissfully comfortable. Addressed all issues of concern immediately and rectified the situation. TV control missing from room immediately replaced. Door started alarming at 7pm needed new locking mechanism, given a key to lock room (was an electronic card entry) fixed early next day. Air con kept going off one night, maintenance arrived early next morning to fix.

As with most places you cannot control the aircon temperature, didn't make a difference to temperature no matter what I set it at, ie 18 degrees or 25 degrees. Buffet breakfast majority Asian style food, but I do concede to be a picky eater. I just want fruit, yogurt, muesli and toast. Bread available to toast, and baguettes. Lots of fruit, occasionally yogurt no muesli (I do expect this to be the case and bring own muesli) I don't eat eggs so declined omelettes. If your Asian you'd be well catered for.

Our stay here was great. Loved the location being so close to beach and everything you need. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Rooms were clean. Although a little tired but all in all very good value for money. Breakfast was plentiful.

The only gripe I would have is that we were in a room that was directly above the restaurant/ bar. At times the music was quite loud with a small range of songs played on loop until around 11pm. This might not bother some, but if you go to bed quite early like us, you might want to make sure you don’t get this room.

Excellent location, easy walk to everything you need. Minutes from the beach. Super friendly staff and big breakfast buffet. The Wi-Fi worked great and the room was nice.

The room always felt damp. Nothing dried (my beach towel was still wet after hanging in my room for two days) and even my clean clothes felt damp when I put them on. Also there was some loud construction. Thin walls could hear neighbors arguing.

This hotel was fantastic! The whole place was clean, the room was especially clean, the breakfast was amazing every morning and the pool was perfect (go during sunset!). The staff helped us book tours and made our stay very comfortable.

We were not told that we needed to pay cash, so when we checked into the hotel we had to find an ATM in the middle of the night to take out cash.

I booked a double room with window and receptionist upgraded a double room with balcony. I feel comfortable when i stay here.Specially, in the evening, in front of hotel, there are a lot of music activities and local cusines. Breakfast is delicious and suite for me. All of staffs are kind and friendly, they help me find the best restaurant & Spa. I will comeback in the next month, My choose is still palazzo luxury hotel. It's a worthy palace for you to experience when coming to Danang.

The welcome from all the staff. The location so close to the beach. The wonderful surrounding restaurants, street food and coffee shops. The privacy maintained throughout my stay. The bonus luxury of having a rooftop pool. ☺️

The staff here are very friendly, we greet everyone when we come in or leave. The receptionists often ask about us, I can ask them to introduce some entertainment and shopping spots, which are very convenient. Here near the sea just walk. Delicious breakfast, many dishes. The room was beautifully decorated, they cleaned the room very clean so I was very satisfied.
