The room was spotless beautifully decorated and very large especially the bathroom the room was spectacular. My room had a great view.I had room service which was excellent the food was delivered quickly. The water park was amazing and had alot of lifeguards. I was very surprised at how wonderful the pool and golf course were.

The room service food was not good. The water in the pool area was not sparkling clean on any of the days that I was at the pool. The Lazy River looked dirty the water was murky and didn't look like it had enough water in there. My kids loved the Water Park area but the water was not inviting to me and I didn't get to go into the swimming pools.

We encountered some employees that provided excellent customer service. We had a couple of servers that we excellent. We specifically remember Ricardo at the Corsair (Tropical Ricardo). He was so pleasant and just went above and beyond. He made the experience at the restaurant.

We had an issue with some bug bites that we wanted to inform the front desk about for concerned that it may be fleas. We were not taken seriously by the front desk as the agent communicated this over the phone to someone as “allergies”. This was very unprofessional. We are the agent at the desk in the lobby of the Orchid to have someone address our concern and soon after we had two very professional gentlemen come upstairs and inspect the room. This put us at ease bc we were able to see no bed bugs.

In pool section there were not enough chairs for people that paid their stay at the hotel, because too many day passes. Also check in was long line only 3 people checkin guest I couldnt imagine coming from airport to wait on small lobby to wait long time for check in. Valet parking was super slow. I could tell this hotel have a lack of staff a lot of the guest during my stay kept stating the obvious. The staff were real nice but they definately could use some help. Room was too hot took a while to cool off.

Very professional, kind, and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to be of service. I was impressed by the service level consistency regardless of where I was from check-in to self parking to housekeeping to corsair to tidal cove — just all around exceptional customer care. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Tidal Cove is overpriced, but still a worthwhile experience. The kids had a blast! Also, more can be done to keep the pools a bit more clean and sanitized.

Our view from the balcony overlooked the golf course. The room was spacious. There were plenty of towels. The bathrobe was a nice touch. I loved the aromatherapy shampoo and conditioner :) There was a desk to hook up your laptop with overhead lighting that was very comfortable.

Since you asked us about lighting, I diid notice that I needed a little more light in one section of the room where I wanted to read, but it wasn't a big deal.

The restaurant staff was not friendly. I went to restaurant for dinner and nobody was in the restaurant. I was the only one there and walked in about 6:00. The hostess said I can get you a table but I have reservations coming at 7:45. She acted like she was doing me a favor by seating me at a table. Very rarely rude and unprofessional.

The property is absolutely beautiful!!! The restaurants food is delicious. This resort is fully equipped with everything. You don't have to leave. The waterpark os super fun. I'd recommend this to anybody going down south. The location is superb

Some of the staff members weren't very knowledgeable, didn't speak English and rude.

Breakfast was good with nice variety of choices.

Rooms need refrigerators to keep water cold. Having a frig socked with over priced items is an insult. The snack bar ALSO should not be included in a room where kids stay. They touch things and could possible trigger charges without the parents knowing.

It was peaceful and the room was comfortable .

Did not like the 40 dollar parking fee , Did not like the breakfast at corsair definitely not worth the price they charge for breakfast. I also didn’t like the fact that in such an expensive water park the lockers weren’t working 2 days in row .
