Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very good, although it would be better if it stayed open later than 10 P.M. Nice and personable staff. The location was super.

Breakfast was meh. The system for texting the valet service to get your car out and waiting for you never worked. Since there is absolutely NO self-parking, one depends on the valets (who are very nice, especially Sergio), and the slight delay in getting the car means you have to build in some waiting time as you are trying to get to your dinner reservation on time. Not a major problem, though; just a minor annoyand.

This hotel was the best experience ever !! Hotel staff are so sweet and nice ! Very clean even the valet staff were so nice and helpful. •Breakfast has a variety of options I felt like I was on a cruise ship buffet. Options are eggs, waffles, out meal with variety of toppings , sausage links, croquetas, bagels, muffins, English muffins, fruits, yogurts, boiled eggs, COFFEE they even have OATMILK for vegan/vegetarians. •Pool is beautiful with a nice view of the beach and other hotel beautiful hotels. There’s many towels available provided, beach chairs, lounge chairs /sofas, tables and seating inside and outside. Bar is inside and there’s a window open on the outside to order food, drinks , and desserts. Waiter / bartender will bring you your drinks and food. Very friendly and kind ! •Now for the hotel room Hotel room is beautiful very spacious. Big windows to see beautiful scenery. Bathroom is and shower was very nice. The mirror had its own lighting as well great for pictures. Tv is huge ! Bed and pillows were so comfy and soft. My room was the king suit so there was even a kitchen to cook ! • To go up and down the elevator you do need a key card so that made me feel safe to think about not just anyone can go into the hotel. • The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well near the pool area inside in the hall way. • by the way you get two free waters and two free drinks on every night you stay, A golf cart ride to the beach, two beach chairs, free wifi ( not sure if this was due to me having the king suit could be different with other rooms or depending on how many guest are booked definitely call to make sure) •sunny isles beach is very relaxing and never packed, beach is clear clean and beautiful. •dog friendly hotel $150 fee

•I would say if you are vegan not many options to eat but a salad lol… I personally am vegetarian so I was eating the marinara pizza, mozzarella sticks and salad which was honestly really good. •There is a lot of fees which I think is normal for many hotels but I think it would of been nice to know before I booked to know how much I’m paying over all so here you go. County Tax $11.94 Occupancy Sales Tax Destination Fee $13.93 GST-Goods and Services Tax 3.90 Valet Parking (my personal charge due to my car) $37 Parking Tax 2.94 I would say don’t take these charges 100% true BCS your rooms may be different and I believe by having a pet taxes might be little higher but these definitely is an estimate.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We love the rooms and the staff. Super location. Breakfast is much better than it was last year. And there is free coffee station ob the first floor.

Last year the pool was cleaner and the water was warmer. But any way it is still good.

I like the location of the hotel and it provided a lot of great additions

I didn't like having everything being charged to my room where I had other means to pay for things. I didn't like that the pool wasn't heated at all. I also didn't like how with the parking they gave us a number to text, but didn't inform guest that they should call instead of texting the number. My fiancée and I also had housekeeping attempt to walk-in our room before knocking. We also didn't have a do not enter sign available in the room.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD JUST WISHED THEY HAD BACON. THE VIEW WAS GREAT.

MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE DOG PEE WE TOLD THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CLEAN IT BUT IT STILL SMELLED BAD EVERYTIME WE WALKED IN THE ROOM WISH THEY HAD A AIRPORT SHUTTLE.

The downside is the poor breakfast. no seasonal fruit and meals served in plastic dishes.

The hotel was very well located. The staff were super kind and nice. The size of the room was great

I expected a better view and get a view for the back of the hotel Breakfast was good without hot milk and little fruits on it The door for the bathroom was a slide door, not so good

-cleaning was in the evening , when we come back from the beach, housekeeper came to room and asked to clean the room, but “I finished soon, may be you don’t need cleaning” she said… -breakfasts were poor… for 1-2 days ok, but a week - everyday the same and poor choosing a lot of Russians there 😡

Staff is very nice. Facility is clean. Breakfast could be better. location is convenient.

A/C was not working initially but got fixed. I got charged for parking even though I did not have a car. I tried calling but the did not really have time to go through this at the time and I have forgotten about it till now.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was professional, and the property was well maintained. Clean room, good selection for breakfast, and the view from the 12th floor was outstanding. Great value.

No complaints.
