Friendly and accommodating staff. Food were delicious and worth the price. Accommodation is very suitable for family or groups. Will definitely come back.

The property was well maintained, it has a beautiful pool, spacious room, very comfortable bed mattress (room223) good airconditioning. The staff were friendly, approachable and always ready to serve and help. The location is great, highly recommended to those who loves walking and strolling by the beach & night life. Easy access to restaurants & fast food chains (shakeys, kfc, mang inasal, jollibee). Good distance to D'mall 10-15mins

Just a recommendation for the safety of everyone, the management should put a signage where the visitors should pass after washing their feet (covered with sand) so that they wont pass the lobby's tiled floor. 😊

We chose this location because it wasn't that pricey for a hotel with a pool. It is also located in the middle (white beach station 2), which is convenient for exploration. The room is comfortable and spacious. Their breakfast starts early, which is very convenient for those leaving in the morning. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint for the hotel is that their brewed coffee sucks. It tasted sour. Based on a quick google search, that may be from a lower bean to water ratio or from old and stale beans. Either way, I hope they fix that.

The room was very spacious and clean! They have friendly and accommodating staff. They offered bottled water upon our arrival. That's a very good gesture especially for us who were tired from our trip.

Better to provide doormat outside CR door. If there are 4 of you in the room, you might need an extension for all your gadgets. Was surprised also that the breakfast is only for 2 and we had to pay for the other 2.

We loved the pool and poolside areas where you could sit and have drinks. The pool was great for kids because there was a sectioned off kid-safe area separate to the deeper area. The staff were amazing and very helpful at all times! They were very cheerful, spoke English well and volunteered to help connect us to tours and manage anything we needed during our stay. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was very large with three bathrooms and plenty of space, including a kitchenette.

Our only real complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable for us. We learned that in the Philippines they have foam mattresses vs the traditional more western-style mattresses we were used to so that was part of the discomfort for us. They felt very solid so it was hard to get a comfy night sleep.

Location is very good, accessible to anything we need. The premises are maintained clean. The staff are excellent, very pleasant and professional. Overall people around the area are nice and very helpful.

The mattress of beds are hard and not comfortable to sleep in. Though it is only minor thing, the television was playing up, turning on and off by itself, could be the internet connection. They’re lacking of snack food like crisps, peanuts or anything light to eat especially in the the bar in the poolside. There’s no entertainment provided especially for children or young adults.

Staff are so accommodating. The hotel is clean and with big rooms. The menu is good. The location is so accessible very near the main road, and has wide road access to the beach ⛱️ which is streets away. They have a clean, nice and big pool. Worth mentioning are the housekeeping, waiters, sir guard, and the manager Mr. Yong. For big groups and families, the hotel is best suited. I think the location is very near the center .... dmall is a walk away. Thanks to you all.

Location near the beach and everything. Staff are nice. Room massage allowed; manicurist in the room allowed. Just ask the front desk. Free breakfast ok but not that much variety. Love my balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Bed is very uncomfortable; blankets, towels and linens are old not white anymore. Small ants can get in the room. I stayed for 11 days but left on the 9th day. No refund for 2 nights but thats ok. Got skin allergy; don't know what triggerred it. Never swim in the beach or pool.

Found lots of long black hair on our room floor. Breakfast was not good Nowhere to hang our clothes We was not told about food being served in the hotel and couldn't find any information in our room. Was hard to dry my hair as no hairdryer and nowhere to plug mine in where there was a mirror.

The room is incredibly spacious! All staff were accommodating. The pool is larger in person than in pictures.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing. For the price of 300 per person per day, the food selections are usual Pinoy viands (scrambled egg, hotdog, tuyo/tinapa, canned tuna, longganisa, chorizo, and chicken nuggets). They only served 2 viands, egg as a side dish, soup of the day, and then coffee/milo/juice. Dessert included one type of fruit per day. No pancakes, no breads, no cereals, no cheese, no appetizers, no anything that can spice up a hotel breakfast as compared to ordinary, outside food. If I had known, I would've chosen McDonald's or Jollibee breakfast over this. At least these fast food chains offer wider food range which includes pancakes, burgers, pies, and fried rice at a more reasonable price.
