I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

Coast isn’t cheap but we thought it was worthwhile.

We had such a lovely time during our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. They really made our experience feel special, especially with those delightful little treats they left in our room – what a sweet surprise! We absolutely adored Cha Cha’s restaurant and couldn’t resist going back for more delicious meals. Breakfast was a breeze with so many options available, so everyone found something they liked. Plus, the airport transportation was a fantastic perk that made our journey super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! A big shoutout to Kuya CJay for being so friendly and for all the awesome recommendations! You're the best!!

THANK YOU to the Coast staff for making our stay memorable and amazing! From the moment we arrived at the airport, the transport was seamless and super efficient and all the staff were so friendly. The room was cozy and we loved the beachfront where the staff would prepare the mats for you and make sure you're having a good time. It was my partner's birthday and I requested for a birthday set-up which was done beautifully, thank you Coast staff for accommodating to my multiple requests (especially to keep it secret, haha) and for the cake too ♡ Without me informing anyone, the Coast staff even kept track and we were surprised with a mini birthday celebration during breakfast on the day of his birthday which was so heartwarming! It made me so so so happy to see him smile and I can only say a big thank you to every single Coast staff for such wonderful service and for the thoughtfulness throughout! Thank you and we'll definitely be back sometime in the future ☺

Brought my parents back to the island after 11 years. It’s also my daughter’s first time in Boracay. Thanks to COAST Boracay for a hassle-free vacation. From private transfer to accommodation, you are treated as VIP! I’ve been to Boracay a few times but this is the BEST hotel experience we’ve had so far. Pros: - Private VIP transfers to & from the airport was seamless. - Buffet breakfast with sea view 😍 (breakfast is different everyday) - Poolside & beachside butler service - Unlimited ice cream & popcorn from 3pm-5pm - So many freebies - tote bag, sanitizer, beach slippers, snack & fruits everyday in your room - Babysitter available - Kid-friendly / senior friendly - Excellent and attentive staff 👏🏼 There is nothing you can fault about the team. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. 10/10

Our second stay at The Coast and everything about this property is fabulous. From pick up at the airport, speedboat across to Boracay island, check in with refreshing towels and welcome drink. The rooms are nice, modern and clean, the pool area is kept neat and tidy and guests are attended to with a smile all the time. Plenty of pool towels, balls and lounges. Every afternoon there is free ice cream and popcorn. Buffet breakfast is good and does the job but we have had had better. Lunch snacks are plenty to keep you going until dinner. The beach crew are the best!! They set you up in sun or shade with a mate and plenty of towels and cold icy water that is replenished frequently. Location is great, beachfront and metres to restaurants, shops and bars. Special shout out to Jony, Ben and CJ plus Bryan at the front desk who never seemed to sleep and always welcomed us each time we left or returned to the hotel.

Transfer from the airport is an incredible organization and deserves a respect. Caring staff, specially the staff taking care of you at the beach. Glass of water service at the beach. Cleaning, receiving daily gifts in the room. Location of the hotel is wonderful, just in front of the beach. The cafe of the hotel is good. Ube champorado served in one of the breakfast day was delicious. It's safe.

The breakfast can have more western style options. Gym has to be improved. There is no lift if your room is at 3rd floor. Room was a bit tired. Laundry service works per peace which becomes very expensive per wash. There are plenty of laundry around the hotel, you can pick one of them.

The friendliest and most attentive and helpful personnel ever experienced in a hotel. Transfer to and from the airport perfectly organized. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location was great and the service was amazing. Really good breakfast. Free popcorn and free ice cream at the pool and free filipino treats in your room every afternoon. Upon checking in, you are greeted with welcome drinks in the lobby and fresh local fruits in your room. It was a hassle free experience getting from Caticlan airport to the resort! Hotel staff were amazing, even if you are sunbathing on the beach staff will always be ready to attend to you.

Our trip exceeded all expectations! It was a perfect location (on the beach, Station 2 where everything is, easy to get a tricycle), the food was amazing and so tasty, and the staff were always accomodating and thoughtful. Especially Ben! Will absolutely stay here again!
