The room was excellent - we had an option to upgrade rooms for a very small price which we did. We had a huge deluxe room with a front sitting room and we loved it!

We were attending a wedding in Intercontinental Hotel by Al Aqah Beach for 3 days. We underestimated the long distance between the 2 hotels (45 - 50 minutes by taxi each way). If you are doing anything in Al Aqah Beach side, you are better off booking the Rotana Hotel on that side. Aside from that however - our stay was excellent!

The staff was great, especially Alex from Uganda. Noor, from the front reception, was also really polite, there was another man, who upgraded my room to a balcony room, but his name slipped my mind. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and very welcoming. The decor of the Ramadan iftar was beautiful! The food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. We LOVED the tiny kitchen, and the sauna and steam room were the best. Also, the staff brought me an extra gown, pillows and milk when I requested it. The location is perfect! No traffic, walking distance to a mall and various shops. Close to the beach and 5-7 minutes away from Fujairah Adventure Park.

The pool was smaller than expected, but everything else made up for it. I'm not sure if they had valet parking, if they did, I missed it. I am sure there wasn't any because I drove many times throughout my stay and never saw a valet driver on return. I would have preferred the car to be parked for me, so I could take our luggage out at the door and not walk through the back, dragging bags with 3 children. Though, as soon as I entered the hotel, Alex immediately offered to help with the luggage.

Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed

location is ideal, view especially of the mosque at night is excellent staff is attentive and very supportive the breakfast service and the team was very good (Sajit & co were very helpful)

the cleaning platform cable was not secured and was banging against the wall near our headrest. when informed the hotel promptly changed our room and transferred back the next day after rectifying the issue as we were very particular about the mosque view.

Staff was exceptional, especially Nour at reception, the staff at pool & Restaurant as well. Everyone welcomed us by such warmth. Location is perfect right in the center where everything you need is at walking distance. Huge parking. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was small but clean. Overall, we are satisfied for the price we paid.

The furniture & the bed needs attention as it looks very old & overly used.

The Location of the hotel was great, so accessible and near to best malls and supermarket. Staffs were friendly

Minor things like cupboard light should have switch to off the light especially for person who prefer sleeping with lights off. Garbage bags should be on trash bins, Liquid hand was is better than bath soap. A playground for kids and toddlers would be good to have as well

The stay was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the staff was top-notch. The location is perfect for families and the rooms were huge. We were upgraded for a small fee, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Diversity in breakfast options is essential, and having a coffee machine that can make different types of coffee is also preferable.

We loved the staff, they were all very very friendly and helpful from check in Eiman and Noor and Ibrahim....to breakfast Junilyn.... very attentive and genuine. I will definitely stay again

Nothing I did not like. All was good though I think the carpets in the corridors make the place smell some type of way. But reception smelt great

The size of the room and the service . Also the pool was very nice! One of the best things is location, there are so many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Also the price is excellent! Highly recommended… specially for families!

We waited half an hour for our room to be ready, also you need to know that the kitchen doesn’t have plates and utensils other than 2 mugs and 2 teaspoons. But it wasn’t a big deal because we ate outside since we only went to the hotel for rest! But don’t mind my two points because our over all experience was excellent and will come back to this hotel again!

They gave me at the beginning room with bad view, then I have requested to change the room for better view and they gave me a good one. I wish next time they give me a room with a good views from the beginning because I don't want to disturb my family stay.
