Property is fantastic. Clean, spacious, modern,. Rooms - spotless, pillows soft and special, bathrooms have speakers can be connected over Bluetooth. Pools - superb. Most importantly, the people... excellent. Always a step ahead to assist you. Eager to serve to the best of their abilities.

Breakfast Menu, Food quality and Variety and Taste. - Choice of items, not good. - Almost same food everyday, and changed items repeats on alternate days. - Even Hummus tastes different.... not good, not usual. - Yogurt - in one bowl and by the end of the day, its all watery.... should be separate small bowls or cups. In short, it was not good. Being one of the best properties around, I suggest to check the menu and quality of food served in Intercontinental Fujairah. (Please note - cost of breakfast is in the similar range)

The room was great, with a very comfortable bed. The room cleaning team was amazing and professional, ensuring a clean and tidy space throughout our stay.

I had mixed experiences with the service. The restaurant and pool bar service left much to be desired. It seemed like they were understaffed, as it was often challenging to get the attention of a server. There were times when no one came to take orders by the pool. The limited number of bars and restaurants was disappointing. The food quality at the bars and restaurants was average, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels. However, the breakfast quality and taste were good, providing a positive start to the day.

The adults only pool about half of the tiles were pulled up and the buffet was pretty poor and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful to be honest

The hotel is new and beautifully designed, with a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of pools—there are separate pools for adults, families, and kids, as well as a nice beach area. The spa and gym were also excellent and added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The food was disappointing, especially for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury resort. The options were very limited—there was no egg station at breakfast or pasta station at dinner—and the taste wasn’t great. This was the biggest letdown of our stay. Another point is that there’s not much to do at the hotel beyond relaxing by the pool or beach. There aren’t any activities or entertainment, so calling it a “resort” feels like a bit of a stretch—it’s more of a high-end hotel. Also, while the staff were friendly and helpful, many of them looked very tired, which was noticeable during our stay

During my stay, I particularly enjoyed the exceptional service from the staff. David at the front desk was confident and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and assisting with a room upgrade. The room itself was clean and cozy, with stunning views of the pool, ocean, and mountains. The poolside experience was a highlight, with Ahmed, Omar, and Sivanna providing attentive and knowledgeable service. Their attention to detail and proactive approach made my time by the pool truly relaxing. Overall, the staff's professionalism and the beautiful setting made my stay very enjoyable.

While my stay was pleasant overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was lengthy, and I had to repeatedly follow up for my room upgrade. Additionally, the initial room offered had an undesirable view of the mountain and resort entrance driveway. Although the upgrade was eventually provided, the delay and lack of communication were frustrating. Furthermore, I encountered challenges with the lighting touch panel in the room, particularly next to the bedside, which was inconvenient and the shower temperature from the overhead shower was inconsistant. These issues, though minor, impacted the overall experience.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The comfort of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the friendliness of the team. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for! - Exceptional staff, friendly and very helpful. - The room was very clean practically spotless. - The location was perfect! The ocean view was amazing especially during sunrise and sunset. - The checkout process was very quick! - The rooms have all amenities needed.

- The buffet is really small and is not diverse as much, there has to be more food and more stations. - The food for the dinner buffet was not that good, did not like the food to be honest and the options could have been better. Wished if there was a pasta and pizza station but there was not. - The breakfast buffet was delicious but the same issue as the dinner: not enough options nor diverse options as much. I wish if there was an omelette station in addition to the waffle/pancake station that was available.

Need more sun beds!!! I orders a cake in the room to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I received a call from the hotel a day before my arrival to confirm my reservation and the order when I particularly asked for cake delivery in the morning. When I was checking in, I checked my order again and again asked for cake delivery in our room between 10-11 AM. Both times I was assured everything will be taken care of. On the date, I had to call at 12:00 and ask about my order. I was told that normally cake gets delivered at 2 PM but they would make an exception for me. They brought the cake in 15 minutes. My only question, why nobody has told me that I was asking for impossible? Disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Address Beach Resort Fujairah for a birthday weekend, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon check-in, they noticed my birthday from my ID and welcomed me with a beautifully decorated room filled with flowers, balloons, and a delightful birthday cake. On the first night, we had dinner at The Restaurant, where the team surprised me with another cake and a lively birthday song, making the evening even more memorable. Special thanks to Nourhan and Ramy at The Restaurant, for the arrangement and their kindness and thoughtfulness. They were both very friendly and took a great care of us. I’m also deeply grateful to Abishek and Indrea, who went out of their way to decorate the room and ensure every detail was perfect, leaving another cake and a lovely birthday card on the day itself. As for the hotel, it is exceptionally elegant, with high standards of cleanliness and excellent quality of service. The staff were consistently professional and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The resort’s location, nestled amidst beautiful mountains, adds a serene and spiritual vibe that’s hard to beat. I highly recommend Address Beach Resort Fujairah for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.
