Hotel telephone system is out of service most of the times and I had to go down to the front desk to tell them what I want Park code does not work with international mobiles, and I had to wait less than 5 min for the car everytime Holding a deposit of 150$ per day on the credit card is a little high and leave you move around the city with less credit Room service team need improvement Bed mattress not comfy Room lights little dim Elevators work well, but the doors are not smoothly on/off

Hotel looks very good. Great location. Excellent stuff. I'd like to say some warm words about the parking stuff espaicialy Anibal, and Alecsis from the reception - done a great job with a big smile.

Parking & Breakfast are very expensive. Too few coffee capsules/paper cups in the room. Windows: Street view are good however the back side view is a disaster especially for the lower floors. Recommend to rate these room with lower prices. I got rear view at first but then moved to street view according to my request.

The room was very clean and very comfortable - beds were great! We booked this hotel after the one we had booked was really awful and not suitable for a family group. We managed to secure 3 nights here very last minute, booked and were in the room within the hour and the staff were very helpful. It was close to fabulous restaurants and cafes so we were really pleased to have found it.

Single use plastic!!! Everything wrapped in plastic and no option for recycling - so disappointing! We were extremely late arriving and ordered food from the bar which was expensive and not great! We discovered a fabulous diner just around the corner the next morning - would have been good if the hotel staff promoted these lovely local businesses such as the famous Factors deli 2 minutes away!

Basic buffet breakfast is too expensive ($70 with tip for a couple) there is a smell coming out of the drain constantly and no hangers for towels in the bathroom

I thought the room was really nice and comfy. Loved the decor. Bathroom was nice loved all the mirrors and the shower was great. Nice view.

No orange light for like the evening they were all fluorescent. The room service food wasn't that great. I appeared the pasta was microwaved and my breakfast didn't come with potatoes like it was described. Also I didn't know that there was no on site parking.

The customer service was excellent with very friendly and polite staff members both at the front desk and room service. We have stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip and our experience at Beverly Hills Marriott has been most enjoyable. We believe the main drive behind the high quality of customer service is the hotel’s General Manager Sonesh. We could see him always walking the floor enquiring after the guests. Our room was very clean and the facilities were very well presented and maintained.

Everything was very good.

The staff is very polite and friendly. All the hotel and the room smell very good. The bed is confotble and they offer all the toalete ammenities. Very fast check in and check out. In the morning you find complimentary coffee and milk. The hotel is 15 min walk to Rodeo Drive, very well located. I recomend and certainly would to back.

The parking price is very 56 dollars a day.

I love the location, the atmosphere at the hotel is lovely! The staff are polite and attentive. The bed is really comfortable and the view I had was stunning. The pool and hot tub are great! Overall another lovely stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott. Big thanks to Zoe on the front desk.

The hotel does need a little upgrade in regards to the room fixtures and finishing. Subtle wear and tear is evident throughout but this is definitely overshadowed by the positive attributes of the hotel.

We were looking for Starbucks style coffee because we had thought we’d seen something about it… when we found out they were unable to do espresso they promptly offered us coffee at the buffet, along with complimentary breakfast. So kind!!

We absolutely love almost everything about our stay. Friendly staff, easy check in-plus we had arrived early!!!, beautiful room with added couch, dinner on site was delish, along with complimentary breakfast in the morning. The one thing was the hot tub needs a face lift. The was very ridged, sharp and discolored. We loved the pool and the free lounge beds, if the hot tub was worked on I would have givin the place an 11/10!!
