From the very start, communication around our upcoming stay was amazing.. Once we arrived, we were greeted, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was just perfect for us, and the children loved the bunk beds. The room was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the shower, it was so hot and the pressure was the best. So far, the best shower we've had in Vietnam. I think what makes this place so special and amazing is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they organised a driver and tickets at the last minute for us..Anything we needed they helped us with. They organised us a driver to get to Hoian and back again..Amazing! We loved the area and the shops. Overall, we would stay here again. Our family all loved our stay. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful with your friendly and helpful service.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Friendly front desk. Nice room with kitchenette. Quiet at night. Can walk to airport in about 40 minutes. can walk to train station. Can take the bus to Marble Mountain or to the beach. Walk to the beach in about an hour.

Location is in a very busy commercial area. Not touristy.

We stayed at 'AHA Thang Bom Apartment' for 2 nights. It is situated close to the main road, hence can be easily accessible. Da Nang Railway Station is just a 10-minute walk away from the property. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in process was smooth. The Deluxe Studio we booked was in the upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was spacious and had good lighting. The interior looked modern. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a wardrobe, a refrigerator & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Water bottles were also provided. The kitchen area was situated inside the room. There were no cooking pans, hence we had to ask the caretaker to provide them. The kitchen utensils we tried were functional without an issue. Laundry service was also available and the charges were very reasonable (per kg). Overall, it was a great stay in Da Nang.

The interior is all pretty new and modern, so it all looked and felt very clean and comfortable. We had a family room, which had a good layout and felt spacious. Comfortable beds, lots of tables and bench space to place personal items and even a little kitchen. Close to the train station.

Only had two towels when we checked in, but to be fair we booked only right before check in as we had planned to take a night train that was significantly delayed. Some noise from outside.

We arrived on a flight that had been delayed repeatedly throughout the night ultimately landing in Da Nang at 4am. The staff waited for us! They looked as tired as we felt but they were so warm, so welcoming. We asked if we should pay upon check in and they said, no- you go to sleep and pay when you’re up. Unfortunately we had to leave for the train at 10:00am and never got to enjoy the property. The location is minutes from the airport and the train station. Clean, comfortable, and kind.

The studio was much bigger and comfortable than I thought! Room was clean, and facilities were quite new. Highly recommend if you’re traveling solo.. WIFI was excellent! It's located just more than a mile from the airport and train station. It's not near the beach, but you could get there with Grab bike for about $1 (8-9 min) - the bike drive itself is a lot of fun. There's a WinMart just 4 min away and a bigger supermarket (GO!) at 10 min walking distance. There's a breakfast shop on the street corner nearby (they sell Banh Mi, donuts etc). The hosts were really friendly, kind and helpful.

Towels were really thin and small.

We had a very pleasant stay at this self-catering apartment. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The comfy bed ensured a good night's rest, and having an electric stove was convenient for cooking (especially with the seafood market recommendations from the building owner!). The proximity to the railway station and the airport was a plus, and the easy motorbike rental made exploring Da Nang and going to nearby supermarkets a breeze. Room cleanliness was well-maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice. P.S. There's a fantastic Fine Arts Museum nearby. Definitely worth a visit!

Just a few hiccups really. Outside noise from planes, barking dogs, and neighbors' parties could disrupt tranquility so a pair of good earplugs is highly recommended. Drying space for towels and clothes was lacking, which is important in a beach city like Da Nang. The apartment's location meant you needed a motorbike to reach the bustling tourist center, but the hosts made that easy for you. No problems here at all! The room was on the smaller side, and kitchen utensils were limited (just a couple of bowls, glasses and chopsticks). But the hosts were responsive, thoughtful and very accommodating, making the stay pleasant overall.

this is probably one of our favorite state in Vietnam, the people there at the hotel was so kind and so accommodating they even went out to purchase our train ticket. I left my cash in the room on the counter by accident, they came in to clean a room, and they left our cash in a visible place for us. They are super clean there there’s not even one speck of dust in the lobby or the bedroom floor. The people in Da Nang is very genuine and kind hearted. Everybody wants to help you. I really love my visit to Da Nang. this hotel sits right on the main street of Van Anh, they do have the best quality knock off brands compared to Saigon. There’s no need to bargain shopping here because they give the locals the same price as Tourist.

Very new, clean, modern, apartment. U get whatever u need to it's value.the massage shower head gives very strong pressure which is great. Little small balcony also fantastic for people to enjoy the street view.

The street sewage system opposite to the apartment is fixing at the moment, a bit inconvenient for passengers to walk by. But it will be resolved soon. A bit difficult to communicate bit this can also be resolved by Google translate.
