Super cute, cozy & well-lit room. The bed was spacious and the furniture/interior felt welcoming so I was very happy with my room. I slept very well and had a very satisfactory stay. I paid by card, so I had to contact the property and arrange a time to have someone come to process my card payment, but it all went very smoothly. They also have laundry machines and provide detergent (which you pay for, but it was cheap) for those who want to use them. Filtered water is also free, as long as you have your own water bottles.

A couple points that might bother some people (but I was okay with): - There were little bagworms on the walls of my room. I personally didn't mind since they don't really move and they're harmless, and they're basically everywhere in the area due to the humidity. - It was difficult to sleep in because 1) my curtains were a bit see-through, and while the window was high up so people can't see inside, it's not possible to block out the morning sun and 2) the location is across the street from a temple so it gets a bit noisy in the morning. - The hot water stopped coming out after about 10 minutes, which was enough for me but maybe not for some people who want to take longer showers. - There is no elevator, and I was on the top floor (the 4th floor) so I wouldn't say it's accessible.

Wonderful hotel The airport is a 20-minute walk away, and the train station is 30 minutes away. The room is small but very clean. There was always hot water We were checked in a little earlier, as soon as the room was removed There is a nice small fridge in the room, and on the 2nd floor there is a shared kitchen where you can drink tea and coffee and prepare simple meals. For a fee, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. I liked the eviction process. You just leave the keys at the reception.

It's not a drawback, but it was sorely lacking in the TV room.

It's a homestay, but the facilities and toiletries are all provided like a hotel. e.g towel, toothbrush, hair dryer. *there's no razor. Well airconditioned. The bedsheets and pillow case are very smooth and kind to skin, had good time sleeping. Shared communal kitchen, laundry, and has free drinking water to refill (major plus point). Also there's many eateries nearby, even the foods @ roadside stalls are delicious. Location: it's further away from the hustle of the main city, about 20-30mins walk, but you may also take Grab.

The location on Google map was wrong when i went in late Jan, hopefully it's fixed now after i've informed the owner. It is hard to adjust the water heater to a moderate temperature, it's either too cold or burning hot. (takes time) It's all staircase, so you'll be tired if you have suitcases. The room door locker could be better / smoother.

Really nice and quiet place. A 15 min walk from the airport, and next to one of the main streets, with plenty of cool places to have a Vietnamese coffee, have a drink or enjoy Da Nang's food

It's not actually a problem, but rather an advice: is not close to the shore. You can grab a Grab, and it is really cheap, but if your plan is to just lay down by the beach all day, maybe it will not suit the purpose. That was not our intention, so no complaints on that.

The room was big enough and clean. The stuff was friendly although we had to use google translator for communication ;) The bed was very comfy, wi-fi connection and air-conditioning was working very good, the location was good. To Dragon Bridge is around 30/40 minutes walking or you can take a scooter taxi which is very cheap in SE Asia. The whole Da Nang is in my opinion underrated, we stayed only for the Dragon (be aware that it is fire shooting only on Saturdays and Sundays) and Ba Na Hills resort but we wish we stayed longer - the beach is very nice!

It is clean, new, good looking and spacious. Everything you need for a nice stay and for an affordable price. But the best part for me was the showe pressure. Vietnam is realy weak when it comes to hot water and a good shower, this place had the best shower in my 2 weeks of staying in Vietnam. Also the host went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, much appreciated!

A scooter should have a phone holder, if I drive alone it is extremely hard to stop every 5 minutes to get out my phone and check for directions.

Easy and fuss free check-in procedure. Host contacted me to ensure that I knew the way to the hostel. Big and spacious room with a balcony! Room was clean too. Hostel was near basic food stalls (banh mi, etc). Walking distance to the Da Nang International Airport (about 15 mins).

Dry and wet areas in the toilet were not logically designed. No lift available.

Booked what we thought was a mixed dorm room but turned out to be just a bunk bed with two double beds which was a nice surprise! Bathroom was nice, beds were comfy, strong aircon.

Couldn’t work out how to switch the water from the tap to the shower so wasn’t able to shower, check in/ out was a little odd as you didn’t actually see any staff at all.

The property was great. Near the airport and many things do do and see around you. It’s tucked away around the corner in a small alley. The room has a private bathroom and everything you need for a stay. The price is great and the instructions you receive when arriving are easy to follow.

The noise level is loud with all the motorcycles and bars nearby but it all went quiet at 10.30 at night so that was great. Also the bed is firm if you like that, I’m use to it from living in China but many people might not like it.

The best place I stayed in Da Nang, if I have a chance to go back will definitely choose this place again. The room is big (beyond my expectation, clean with a good price, good lighting with a lot of windows. The staff are great, they have kitchen and laundry facilities). The ac wasn't not cool enough but no issue for me, was staying at the top floor with no elevator, so if you bring big luggage probably better to request room in the lower fl.
