On beach belonging to property too many people coming over selling sunglasses etc and at times too crowded and people on their phones talking loudly. Wi Fi in bar/restaurant was iffy but ok on my room - do guests get taken off it once they check out ? Wish the chairs in restaurant were less cumbersome less heavy to move and fitted in under the tables ?! Flow through was often blocked by chairs. Would make a massive difference !

Beach, food - the food was beautiful! Breakfast menu, wow. Room SO comfortable, the bed was amazing. Gorgeous big terrace. Pool is private and lovely retreat from the loud music and crowds at the club. Hotel staff wonderful.

We only got a frontline bed as guests, once in a week long stay and even that was tough, as they sell them. Your breakfast becomes a bit of a construction site when they expand the restaurant.

The breakfast was amazing so much choice Every member of staff were so lovely and helpful our stay was fabulous and will definitely be returning. The Sunday lunch was such good fun we invited members of our family and had such good fun.

I can’t think of any negatives the only thing would have liked the pool a bit warmer I brought my daughter as a special treat and can’t wait to bring the rest of the family

when I checked in no 1. The reciptionenst had scan both passports from her mobile rather than taken the information which never happened during my stay in Spain . no 2. she charged e 200 as deposit. which never happened before in other hotels, rather than taken my credit card no which I used already for reservations, and when I checked out she said I shall get my money back to my credit card within 2 to 3 days

Location was great, restaurant was excellent. Great wine selection, food was spectacular! Breakfast there was also outstanding. Staff were great. The place is a gem.

Parking for guests was a bit tricky on arrival. Bathroom blinds were broken. Minor issues, nothing to worry about really.

being dropped off by Uber at another road along the beach and having to drag cases along the beach to find the hotel - reception difficult to find . instructions should be sent to clients with exact location for Uber as this is apparently a common problem

It’s easier to say what we didn’t like as that would be absolutely nothing! Checked out today and we are considering booking for next year already.

We had lunch here on Friday and the service of our mains was very slow with three tables who ordered after us getting their meals before us.

Stopped serving at 6pm in winter. Appreciate it’s time of year but would be nice to get something. Our room was tired looking, furniture needs attention for price charged.

Breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of make to order options. The staff was very friendly, showing us to the room, and in every interaction. Sun beds on the beach were included. The restaurant was excellent too, with some live entertainment on certain evenings.

Needed more counter space in the bathroom.

Staff were excellent, really relaxed location, food was great, Sunday was great fun.

If the weather was poor (which it was not) it would be a lesser experience
