Great location, very safe complex, clean apartment

Our apartment had a few things needing fixed- air conditioning, washing machine wasn’t great. Other than that it was nice perfect.

The complex is stunning, the staff on the reception is amazingly polite. We loved the nature in the complex. It’s very big and has free parking. I was surprised that cleaning isn’t included in the price. The apartment was very big and clean it had all the facilities for our stay, but from the couches there was very bad smell, like they were washed and didn’t dried properly. There is one restaurant in the complex but it’s more like little bar. The food was average. The complex is beachfront but except Nikki Beach which was nearby, the rest of the beach was terrible.

Balcony is like a green house. Those glass panels need to be removed. Getting our apartment was difficult as we had a late flight and reception closed at 4pm!!!!

I really liked the size of the flat and how each room was situated incl. terrace. I can imagine to live in something like this in my real life. The location was very nice, beautiful gardens, very nice pool with small one for children and very close to the beach. I appreciated a washing machine.

I have different style in design, furniture. It looked bit old school and cool without Spanish charm. Outside looked great and the flat has huge potential to look superb. I also think - salt, pepper, small bottle of olive oil, something to wash plates with, kitchen towels would be highly appreciated. It doesn't cost a lot to provide to each apartment and I didn't want to buy on my own when I use only 10 % if it.

The pool is freezing and jacuzzi also which was annoying. the Wi-Fi in apartments is also poor which makes it hard to work if needed.

The location was superb, next to the shops ,taxi restaurants and sooo close to the beach The apartment was huge for me and super clean Amazing stay .to be repeated . The management was great very helpful

The pool bar staff were quite rude, arguing with each other. The apartment itself was ok but kitchen didn’t have much equipment.

While the apartments are nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. Location is excellent just a very short stroll down to the beach. However, our apartment decor (apartment 33 in Las Arrianes) was a little dated. The furniture on the balcony, in particular,was too big and made the area cluttered and difficult to move around. I also thought there was a lack of storage in the Master bedroom. Would have liked to have a more available reception service. Reception closes at 5 pm and nobody was available after that for queries, just a security guard who could not speak English! Would also like some evening entertainment in the bar area.

The bar staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Remembered your orders and served them promptly Pool was clean; never an issue with getting beds (though we went early in the season) Lots of restaurants around, bus to old town close by, and supermarket only over the road Location is excellent - quite area, residential and was very safe We didn’t rent a car but might have been nice to visit nearby towns and shopping centres Apartment was fully equipped, had absolutely everything you could need and was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony area Cleaned mid week, separate towels for the pool we’re also provided! Hotel also organised a taxi transfer to and from the airport, driver greeted us at the airport and was so friendly and brought water too. Very welcome touch overall and excellent stay, would recommend it and we are very likely to return!

Our room wasn’t ready on time (was supposed to be ready at 15.00 but wasn’t ready until about 16.00). However they kindly held our bags in reception so we could stay by the pool.

balconies exceptionally unsafe for young kids (seat built in to wall acts as step) - we only went out during nap time as we didn’t even want our daughter to know the balcony door opened. freezer didn’t freeze properly
