Good sized room with a nice view of the mountains. Fresh breakfast every day included filled Croissants from a local bakery and fresh juice. Good location very close to the old town. Excellent bathroom and shower facilities.

It was not clear that there would be a self check in. Prior to visit, I did not have instructions for how to enter the property, and was not greeted by a member of staff until the next morning. Breakfast was at 8am, which was not helpful for when I had an earlier start to the day. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, however these were available in the communal kitchen.

Breakfast was good..staff were nice . Melanie was very nice tried to help us find the place . I think if we have taken a cab we would not get lost.Also it states that it’s not too far 10 mins walk from the train / bus station but it took us 30 mins walk . It was frustrating the place not visible no proper navigation ( maybe it would be better if the proper navigation / map be part of ads. for this fscility

Proper navigation of location . When advertising this place should include map of location and map of Sorrento and places to eat and see

Excellent location to walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry port. Clean & comfortable and very responsive & friendly staff and communication. The one thing we would like to see adjusted in “the black room” was the automatic light that comes on in the small foyer… every time my husband walked through that small area to use the bathroom at night, the light goes on and melted waking me up. They should turn that sensor off.

The accommodation is very clean, it was impeccable. It has cozy, comfortable rooms and a very good location. It is close to the city center and just a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station.

The walls of the rooms are very thin, everything can be heard, so basically, the tranquility of the guests depends on the habits of the neighbors. The breakfast is very monotonous. It's suitable for a day or two, but for a longer stay, not really. Essentially, it consists of croissant, cheese, and ham or salami every day for breakfast. I really missed some vegetables or fruits.

Convenient location to restaurants, to tourist area, to ferries & trains... Safe location. Secure. Lovely staff we met at check in & especially each morning at breakfast.. very pleasant & helpful

Outside the front entrance could have been cleaned up over the 3 days, but that's the building owners problem, not this accomadations problem.

Very clean and comfortable rooms in a perfect location to go into Sorrento, 2 minutes walk and you are right in the centre. Breakfast had very good pastries and tea/coffee. Would benefit from more options here but it seems fairly standard for Italian breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything is in great order, very good bathroom facilities, TV, balcony etc. Would stay again if wanting to come back to Sorrento

You can hear noise from other rooms if there are any noisy guests. Putting a sign up to remind people that there are other rooms in the B&B and to be quiet especially at night /early morning would be a good idea. Was only a problem with one or two guests that came and went

It was great to finally have a balcony. Great location, easily walkable to the pier, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great.

Everything was great. The batteries for the safe needing replacing but was never done. Looked like there was or may have been a water leak above the bed in our room and the plaster or paint was flaking and falling on the bed but was a minor inconvenience.

The location of Malu is convenient for Sorrento centre just five minutes walk and you are in the Main Street. The staff were so helpful. The rooms are kept clean and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only negative is that it would help if information on how to make contact Malu on arrival on how enter the building (security doors) could be sent the morning before arrival as if you are travelling not everyone has access to their emails 24/7.

The location was close to the shopping area and a 12 minute walk from the harbor (take the elevator if you are carrying bags). The room was nice and modern. The bathroom was spacious with a 2 person shower.

The communications during check in were a little challenging as the host was remote and had to buzz us in. And the walls are fairly thin so you can hear hallway noise and neighbors.

Amazing value for money. Great communication via WhatsApp for check in. Perfect location, really close to the Main Street in Sorrento. Rooms were lovely, so clean. Loved the shower, was like a spa shower! Breakfast was ok but this is the same in all locations we stayed. Would 100% book again and would stay longer next time compared to the other places we booked, this was by far the best value for money in Sorrento/amalfi coast

The room was not sound proof and could hear everything from breakfast area but this didn’t bother us, just something minor.
