The location is excellent. Friendly staff. A woman was waiting for us at 3:30 a.m. on the street to open the room. She was kind, even though her working hours are until 3 o'clock. She explained everything to us about the bus, the location. We were supposed to check out at 10:30 in the morning, they allowed us to leave things in the room until 7:00 in the evening. The room is clean, the toilet is tidy, there are dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator in the room, a hairdryer, an iron. It has everything you need. Greetings from Jolmar group - rent a car from Montenegro

The only thing that should be changed is the bed in room number 3.

The room was great, clean and the window was lovely. The bathroom was also very clean. The location is good, it's a little but out of the way of city central but I would still recommend if you're ok with walking 8-15 mins for a subway stop.

I think the location could be better but obviously nothing can be changed about that.

Everything was fine. Room is ok, exactly as described - everything listed on Booking.com was in fact available to us (and to me this kind of honesty is VERY important). Location is pretty attractive too - it's far enough from the Old City to enjoy prices not aimed at tourists in nearby restaurants, but at the same time close enough to the Old City so that commute to tourist attractions wasn't bothersome. There are quite a few bus lines stopping just meters away from the B&B, making traversing the city that much easier. The best however was staff - they were communicative, responsive, easily reachable through WhatsApp, willing to solve any problems that would arise. They met us in person, checked the room with us, and - noticing that lights don't work - they upgraded us to a better room right away, no discussion, no nothing, just instant problem solving. More than fair.

I don't have any complaints. If I had to offer any improvement tips, it would be to get the AC going. Right now the room is listed on Booking.com as not having AC, but definitely could use one (an old, decomissioned AC machine is hanging in the corner, so technical possibility seems to exist) - Rome in summer is around 36°C during the day, and even in the evenings it's still around 30°C when you go to bed, so AC would improve the sleep quality of any northerners visiting :)

Emilia was excellent as our host, she explained everything clearly and was prompt to help. The room was massive in a very great location, you have a bus stop in front of the apartment, everything was well organised and clean. I'd definitely come back, Rome is a treasure, monumental city that is worth to visit at least once in your life if you have the chance.

Because our room main widow is facing the main road I think if they have a blackout curtain it would be better, since the street lights are always on and if you're light sensitive it can be an issue, it's a minimal detail tho.

Host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, you could find everything in the kitchen. We had ordered a room with a shared bathroom, yet the host gave a room with a private bathroom with the same price. Location was great, it was 800m far away from Colosseum and its surrounding. So, everything was just great.

There is nothing not to be liked.

I really liked the hospitality we received. I made the owner wait for more than an hour whole checking in but in response, there was an inviting welcome and readiness to assist in any way possible. As for the stay itself, we got what we needed for a few days, packed with dealings around the city.

It wasn't any sort of a big deal, seeing that the ventilator soothed is at night, but one can say air conditioning may save you in Rome in summer. Not me though — loved the 30+ temperatures, no joke.

Location was just a few blocks from Metro station, and busses stopped in front. Lots of good restaurants in the area. There was an elevator in the building. Our hostess, Ruth, couldn't have been more accommodating, especially when the Flixbus cancelled our route on the day of departure and she allowed us to stay past checkout and made arrangements for a taxi. It was a wonderful and economical place to stay in Rome.

Shared bathroom (but we knew about it ahead of time, so it wasn't a surprise).

It was clean. The host was really kind. In front of the building there’s a bus stop. Also it’s really close to a subway station. In overall it was really nice if you think of the price. If you’re on a tight budget it’s the perfect place for you.

The bathroom was really small and it had no air vent so the floor of the bathroom was wet all the time. The amount of towel prepared was very little. Some rooms don’t have air conditioner. The room was kind of dark.

The host was super kind and the room is in a great location. The pillows were hurting my back and she was very kind to give me extra pillows immediately. The building has a lift too. Overall for a 3-day stay, I had a great time

The room is a little old - especially the washroom, which is also quite small. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays, but for short stays it's a great option.
