My stay in Rome will remain one of my fondest memories. Rome is wonderful. The accommodation was in an excellent location, very close to the Colosseum, the Re di Roma metro station, as well as restaurants and shops. The staff at the accommodation were friendly and made an effort to quickly resolve any issues (such as heating or water leaks). Breakfast was decent and sufficient. The accommodation was clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned all the apartments daily.

The furniture and equipment in the apartment are outdated. The apartment has been in need of renovation for a long time. The power sockets are old and incompatible with modern devices, the central heating is noisy, and the peephole is located in the wall next to the bed, where the sound of running water can be heard.

Good place, 5-7 minutes walking to metro and 20minutes walking to Colosseum. Quiet street and room was situated to the yard. There was nice terrace, too. Kitchen is included, bathroom was good equipped. Fine breakfast (coffee, juice, croissant, snacks, toasts and many more). Host was supportive. We got nice tips for monuments and especially for the restaurants! Those were very nice and various, from cheap to modern and more expensive. And finally - place has got very good wifi:)

Bathroom was only weak ponit. There was only curtain in the shower instead of door and any box is missing there. Water pressure is not excellent, but it is understadable in 3rd floor in Rome:-)

The location was excellent - within a 10 minute walk from the metro (San Giovanni) and a 25 minute walk from the Colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a roof terrace. There was a good choice at breakfast and the whole stay was very enjoyable. There were some good restaurants and shops all within a short walking distance.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but overall we were very happy with our room and the facilities.

Loved the quiet and wholesome nature to the area. As well as the owners, they were helpful and he breakfast was very convenient. Also, the view from the balcony was really cool for someone not used to Rome!

Stairs were hard to get up with luggage, but that's no fault of the owners!

Vincenzo is a superb host able to make people feel very welcome. The breakfast he provides is superb too with a wide variety of foods and plenty of everything. The shared fridge is very useful and we really appreciated having water provided every morning. The location of the B and B is great, 10 mins from the metro with plenty of excellent restaurants within 15 mins walking distance. All in all, this charming old villa is an elegant accommodation option in an ideal location.

The space between the shower doors in room 2 is so narrow, it was actually difficult to get into and out of. the water pressure was also poor and the mechanism to switch between the hand held shower head and the rain shower part was hard to turn. Kettles are provided but they need to be cleaned.

Vincenzo and the Lovely Lady (unfortunately we don't know her name) were really friendly and nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, you have everything you need. We were with our 6 months old baby and they provided a cot for her too (you need to request it at the booking). The breakfast is lovely and sufficient, and the location is just perfect. We can't recommend them enough! :)

We loved having the breakfast included. Most of all we enjoyed being in a neighborhood and not in a touristy area. We loved strolling down the street and seeing the families and kids playing in the park. We discovered a beautiful church and ancient wall nearby. We found decently priced places to eat and amazing gelato. It was interesting to visit with the other guests and the host. The room was obviously older but had been updated. We had access to a fridge and microwave and I used the hotpot that was provided to make lots of hot tea.

The building looks historical and genuine , the staff was really helpful and kind. Garden was peaceful, great place for breakfasts for a fresh start. Additionally ;our room was very clean and having a baby bed for which I had requested before my stay. Owner of the property is an engineer; engineers always pay attention to details and every details of our stay at St. John Villa were great , strongly recommended!

Stay was excellent and it was right in the center . We have main tourist attraction 20 mins in walking distance . Host was helpful in providing all information and was available all the time to provide quick support in case if required

Air conditioning worked but it took time for cooling with this temparature

Kind host and warm welcome. A pleasant garden where breakfast is served. The possibility to leave luggage after check-out and collect it later. The WIFI worked well. Safe neighborhood.

The breakfast was okay, but I missed having some vegetables and cheese. Overall, everything was clean, but there were some minor things that could be improved. Additionally, the furniture was quite old.
