Its proximity and location since its so close to the mall,

The showers in room 428 is just horid. only the normal shower works, but the rainfall shower is just depressing. The water does not flow into it. We stayed in on the 4th floor. Imagine the showers on the 5th , if the water pressure is not strong enough to reach the over head showers. They also dont have designated smoking area. So you gonna have to work to the mall area for designated smoking spot.

location and beds are comfortable

there are no bath rugs when you step out of the shower or hand towels to dry your hands You have to use the big bath towel there is a rubber mat for the shower but it was gross and dirty full of black mold

Very nice, helpful and attentive staff , from doorman, concierge, to housekeeping. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, water supply, complete toiletries, accessible to mall, and free parking! To Adrian - housekeeper on 4th floor - best! Kim -concierge, best too!

I hope there is a microwave oven in each rooms and for Safety, there should be like a key card lock for elevator so not anyone can just go up to the hotel, only the people who are checked in can have the key to the elevator to go up.

Smart for a hotel to be within the mall complex as it was easy to go around and get what you need. Rest is also easy to come by because of the good accommodation. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very conducive for resting. Had the best sleep of my life in weeks!

Informed late about the pet cleaning fee of 1k/night but it's all good as we were politely told about it. Wish this could be included in the booking details so it doesn't come as a surprise for the guests staying for the first time with pets.

This is the longest stay I have had in a hotel (3 weeks) and the location is great as I do not need to go out to get food,grocery or even shopping.The hotel is right inside the Rob Magnolia premises where a connecting door goes through the mall directly.The staff was nice and courteous to accommodate my requests for change sheets,clean the bathroom and give me the extra two bottles of water everyday.

It could have been nice if there was a pool or a nice view deck .

The location was quite convenient since I picked the hotel based on the proximity to a church. The room was nice and clean and I was able to change on the day to a different one closer to my cousins since they had room. There is a door which connects the hotel to the mall. There are quite a few eateries nearby. You are able to get free day parking for the mall, just register with reception.

There was no bottled water in the rooms but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There weren't any other amenities other than the rooms. The door to the mall is very easy to miss.

Overall the place was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and provisions such as toiletries and coffee set were complete. We really had a nice and comfortable staycation. Due to its close proximity at the mall, all other essential establishments were highly accessible. All staff were also nice and friendly and they made sure that we had everything that we needed taken care of while we were there. One thing to mention is that being a boutique hotel, breakfast choices were a git limited but were good enough to fill you up for the day. Breakfast food were typically Filipino dishes and were warm and delicious.

Parking space may be a bit tricky to find since it’s located at the basement parking of the mall and comes at a first come, first serve basis.

Everything in the hotel is awesome, but yesterday, 1 hour before i checked out, i informed the front desk NAME QUINO, we will just buy lunch & return before our the 12am chechout. When we returned at 11:30am, our room is already locked. Twice I go downed ( 5th flr to Ground Flr). I inforned Quino, but still the Card Keys he gave, still not opened my room. The Hotel is highly recommended by my Boss at Insular Life. This made me so DISGUSTED😰😡bec. Of this irresponsible front desk Quino. Hope this will not happened again...

The layout of the deluxe king room and the king bed and mattress and the air conditioner runs quite and cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sink drained slowly and there was a unpleasant musty smell that I believe was coming from the slow draining bathroom sink.

Clean soft bed and linens

The hotel back door entrance ( parking area) steps were poorly designed. I tripped and fell , broke my knees . This time I tripped again, and one of my family members . You should fix those steps. before a more serious accident will happen. I should have reported my first fall in this survey, i only reported it to your receptionist.
