I like the scenary view of my room, I would like to thank "Rachelle Anne" from the front desk team, she was very supportive and helpful that made our stay very smooth and full of joy.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was in maintenance most of our stay time , we just enjoy it one day.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Abu Dhabi for business trips, but this one was by far the best in terms of comfort and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, always going above and beyond to solve any issues. Special thanks to Rachele and her colleague Jane, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Maybe the pool time because they close early at 7pm. We are supposedly there for night swimming since it's summer and its difficult to swim in this scorching hot weather. Hopefully they can extend the pool timing.

The staff were just lovely! From the reception desk, to the valet guys, the cleaners...everyone provided such great customer service! Special thanks to Babu, who was cleaning our suite. His attention to our needs and his friendliness were just great!

Unlike other Sheraton hotels I've stayed in, this location is tired and dated and in desperate need of a refresh. We had a family suite, which I chose specifically because it had a kitchen. There is not a single dish, pot, or cutlery of any kind, so it was completely useless for us. This was a HUGE disappointment. There wasn't even a garbage can in the kitchen...really a let down.

Liked the property, spacious room and location. And Many thanks to Jose for helping us keep our luggage for few extra hours.

Overall great experience except for the lady at the reception who was a bit rude. I had checked with the property while booking if it was ok to check out and keep our luggage in the luggage room for few hrs because they couldn't extend the booking to one more day. However, during check out receptionist mentioned that they couldn't keep our luggage as many people have opted for it. I requested her if any alternate arrangement can be made because I have made no other arrangements based on their prior commitment. She just said sorry I can't help, refusing to check. But then thanks to the other staff Jose, he offered to help and make arrangement for our luggage. Many thanks to this kind man otherwise we would have had to reach the airport 6-7 hrs early.

All the staff extremely cooperative,polite,helpful and professional.Services were very efficient and quick.Our requests for extra bed and microwave oven was instantly accepted. Location is excellent,in the heart of the city,near to markets,general stores and major tourist attractions. We are really thankful for making our stay memorable and outstanding.One of the best ever hotel stays. Special thanks to the reception and housekeeping staff. I stayed for literally few hours as I picked up my friends from airport. But this was enough to see that hotel is nice especially night shift team. Everyone were great and focused as usually people in night shift are sleepy and slow due to limited staff and slow operation. Yash or Yish, I am not sure how to spell his name, but receptionist who checked us in was very professional and friendly providing us all information about hotel, and in same time fast and efficient. Same I can say for housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was super tasty, and lots of variety. Just a advise for life cooking station, I asked for scrambled eggs but got omelette, not sure if he knew what I was asking even I explained. However, this is nothing major, I still ate it and was great.

I can't say I didn't like, just cleanliness could be better. Meaning grouting in bathroom wasn't in good condition which gives me impression that long time deep cleaning and maintaining wasn't done. Still due to other positive facts, this didn't bother me that much.

- Quality of furniture and interior is awesome 👌 - Breakfast is one of the best 👌 for 4 star in AUH - Staff friendly .. helped me in all the way - Bigger rooms and bigger bed 🛌 awesome 👌 enough for 10 years old son, me, and wife - City view is great if you select upper floors - I asked for late checkout, and they have given upto 2pm for free. Awesome 👌 policy. - Hotel restaurant staff friendly. I ordered French fries and given me in no time with extra source for free. (Other hotels charge me )

- Bathrooms clean but can further improve - TV 📺 has nothing to watch if you understand English language only. It's not just this hotel.. whole hotel chain in UAE 🇦🇪. But they can improve on this.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Khalidiya from 31st August to 1st September, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Despite my late-night arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism and courtesy immediately made me feel welcome. What truly made my stay exceptional was the unexpected complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, providing every comfort I needed for a restful stay. The staff's dedication to providing top-notch service is evident, and they truly made my short stay memorable. From the friendly smiles at the front desk to the attentiveness of the team, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Overall, I would rate my experience at the Sheraton Khalidiya as excellent. If you're looking for a hotel that offers not just comfort but outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning!
