We had a very early flight out of Frankfurt so we were up ridiculously early to catch a train to the airport and the hotel was in the perfect location. A short five minute walk. Also, my daughter left her little coin purse in the room. I emailed the hotel two or three days after we returned home to see if she left it there and it was at the front desk. I asked if her Euros were still in the coin purse and if they could use the money in there to mail her coin purse home to her in the US. The front desk clerk took a picture of the addressed package to show me in an email he had in fact wrapped it up to send. It probably wasn't worth shipping international postage but it was a bit sentimental to her. He went above and beyond which I appreciate.

The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early and even brought us coffee! The location was great for us near train/bus since we didn't have a car. The breakfast was a spread of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurts and juices. Worth the added 10 euros! The hotel has a historical feel which is what I wanted-very safe and secure as we had a key to get into the front door.

Just keep in mind that European hotels are not the same as US. They have to make use of their space-light for the bathroom are outside the door and on a sensor switch

Easy access from the Train station to the hotel. (less than 5 minutes to the hotel walking). The hotel was nice with a very friendly staff that spoke English. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. There were numerous choices that satisfied our taste. The room was very spacious and quiet. There was a bus stop within 75' of the front door. The downtown and Old town areas were within walking distance through neighborhoods. Also some very good eating places along the same route.

We used our fan to keep comfortable during our stay due to unusually warm/humid weather. We would have enjoyed Air Conditioning, but understand that this is not typically needed.

From the friendly greeting upon arrival to a long conversation with the owner, everything about this old-world style hotel was terrific. Good sized room, comfortable bed, clean...a really nice experience. It isn't all modern and snazzy, but the feel of the place is wonderful. Parking in the adjacent lot was so convenient; and the hotel is no more than a 15 minute walk up the street to all the action in Wiesbaden. Can't beat this place.

Hotel so close to the Central Train and Bus Station, 15 min walk from Downtown and 7 min walk from the best shoping street in Wiesbaden.

The coffee could be a little tastier 😁.

A place to put your case other than the floor

Fantastic location. It’s a great place for those who just wish to have a close to the center of all the action and to be close to the main train station.

Basic, clean, just right for a two night stay, visited a friend during the day. Bathroom new, clean, comfortable. Water pressure great!

Room quite dark (brown walls, dark carpet). No safe in the room, nor water boiler provided.

Convenient location close to Wiesbaden central station, on one hand, and on the other to the city center. Comfortable, quiet room, friendly staff.

We had to commute to Frankfurt for the Book Fair - a major problem was the unexpected unreliability of the train schedules.

The location of the Hauptbahn hof made this the perfect place to explore the area. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean. So glad we booked here.
