I liked the ease of checking in on arrival. The clerk was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection to choose from. The check in time was pretty inconvenient as my function started at 6 pm and check in was at 4pm. I was a little concerned about mold as I could see signs of previous water leak in ceiling and the ice machine on the floor I was on was out of order. But since it was a very short stay I did worry much. I did enjoy my stay the staff is very accommodating.

I didnt like the check in time. I was told to check in a hour earlier would result in 25.00 increase.

The hotel was nice and they had great customer service.

I didn't like the experience I had going through booking.com for reservations on my room. I got there and was told that the payment booking took off my debit card don't transfer over. I had to pay again once I got there. My self and a couple of other guests who booked through booking had the same issue, and booking customer service is horrible. So I had a issue getting my money back, called numerous times and was hung up on and still didn't get my money back. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF BOOKING.COM SCAM

My 10 year old son & I stayed here for 1 night during the summer so we could get up early & go to Alabama Splash Adventure the next day. The lady at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Check in was quick. Beds were comfy. Room was quite for a good nights sleep & air conditioner was good & cold. Shower was hot & water pressure great :-) We had a good night sleep here & was energized for the waterpark the next day. The breakfast was perfect for grab & go. We will totally be staying here again!

the location and the front lobby was nicely decorated and set up.

the property looks a bit old but most of the surfaces I wiped down when I came in room hadn’t been freshly cleaned. shower had hair on the walls. just a god wipe down with bleach before every stay would make a difference. it wasn’t horrible but def not touched. shoes tracked dirt from floor to bathroom towel out on floor so I could tell floors hadn’t been mopped fresh either. again- we will stay here again next visit but a fresh wipe down would make a world of difference.

VERY clean!! Safe location. Interior rooms. It is a former Hampton Inn. Bathroom had 2 bars soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast buffet: 6-9 am: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, white sausage gravy, 4 diff types of bagels, 2 diff muffins, waffles, coffee, juices, cereals. nice lobby w/ lots of seating & tv

Very convenient location right off of Hwy 20; Breakfast was very good. Arrived at around 10 or 11 pm and the gentleman working there was working hard to get our room ready as it was double booked. He was kind and apologetic. Fresh lemon water and cucumber water in the lobby was a nice touch.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location was great right off the interstate with Walmart, gas stations and plenty of places to eat. We stayed for 2 nites, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. Rooms were what to expect for the price. Beds where comfy and everything clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Price. Location was good with a variety of eateries close by. Room was clean and quiet.

All the ice machines were out of service as well as the swimming pool (wasn’t planning to swim). The refrigerator in the room was missing the freezer section and was cool but not cold so we were unable to refreeze our cold packs. The bed was not very comfortable but serviceable. Had coffee but no breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and helpful In the past when I visited this location It was horrible and now with new staff It's a great place to stay
