The room was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed. There was plenty of places to eat in the area. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

It wasn't even 11 yet. And housekeepers knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. I said yes. I hadn't finished getting all of my things together yet. And as soon as I said yes. They just barged in the room and started stripping things talking about how many checkins they had. They should've left and came back after I was done. Because I was gathering our belongings. They were very rude and I really don't like being rushed especially when it's not even time to check out yet. I still had 15 -20 minutes to finish gathering our belongings. I have ADD and can't focus when my train of thought is broken. I already struggle to stay on task. And that just made everything hectic. I'm pretty sure I left something because of it.

We really love the fact that the room was a huge room. We were traveling for Cheer competition and they have plenty of room for the girls to get ready and have space.

Just a minor hiccup that was not the properties fault when we came earlier to check in their systems were down and could only accept cash as payment for me to be able to check in early, which I did not have. It was all on my card, but luckily another friend was at the same hotel that we could get ready atand we checked in easy Peezy after the competition

We had been on the road for almost three weeks staying at hotels a total of 7 nights previous to this one on the way home. It was the best place we stayed if you consider amenities and price. Excellent location to the highway. Generously sized rooms that were spotless. Elevator worked seamlessly. Superb breakfast. We've stayed here five times on our road trip to and from Michigan to our Florida home and there is a reason--always delivers and gives us comfort on a very long road trip.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Our room was pleasant and quiet, with available luggage storage, a writing desk, clean cotton towels, bathroom amenities, and a sitting area. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice addition, along with good water pressure in the bathroom. An elevator was also available. Breakfast was included in the lobby, and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly.

Having plates with cutlery in the room would be advantageous. Unfortunately, a bottle of water was not available in the room, which would have been very helpful for us.

Make sure you read the fine print and have available money for deposit! And it returns to your card very quickly!! I enjoyed my stay, very family friendly. I called and the front desk clerk on Monday 10/2/2023 noon EST was exceptional. I traveled as the mom of 4 boys attending a football game. I thought they left my makeup and perfumes in the room and we were back in Atlanta The clerk was empathic and even called back to let me know that she followed up and that made a HUGE difference. Yes, I found my bag, but kindness goes a long way. There are alot of hotels on that exit but BW will have my vote again and again!!

The pool had no towels. We ended up using our room tools and that was a nightmare!!

desk chairs are too weak. Prior heavy clients having sat in them over time has chair crooked and uncomfortable. Breakfast needs a separate waffle station with at least 3 waffle irons. Waiting for others is time consuming when a family of 3, for example, wanting to cook at one time while other clients are waiting.

Hotel was conventionally located right off the interstate. Several options close by. Big rooms, free breakfast.

Halls and rooms were laid out a big odd, bht not to the point you can’t find where you’re going. Loud, rowdy group at the pool area when we went to it. We chose to leave and go back to our rooms. Pretty sure the same group was smoking A LOT of pot in their rooms, it was easy to tell which rooms they stayed in. Affordable rooms can attract these things I guess.

Location, price and welcomed us for being returning customers.

The 4th floor where our rooms were, smelled like pot. The beds were not comfortable. The couches didn't make a bed anymore...which is why we booked there again and was bummed to find out they took those away. Having the couches make a pull out bed helped with having 2 adults and a teenager.

The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed having a variety of breakfast options every morning..

The staff wasn’t necessarily unpleasant, but that was more like because they acted as though the guests weren’t there. I kinda felt invisible. We did end up having a big bug in our room, but it’s not the type to survive indoors so I feel like that was not a regular occurrence. The pool wasn’t dirty, but it is definitely stained pretty badly.

I was pleased with Everything. The room had two Kingsize beds. That is very rare to have that. we had plenty of room. We had breakfast and everyone was able to find something satisfying. The cost was not excessive. The cleaning staff took care of our needs.

We would have to ask for more towels for 4 woman in one room.
