Large room with balcony, spotless clean, quiet a.c Fly screens on every window & balcony doors, to keep out mosquitoes. With lovely garden view. The best location around the corner & you are close to all amenities. Not having to hike up heaps of steps. Charlies for breakfast next door, good breakfast.

Our room was dark & we had to have lights on during the day. But Wouldnt stop us from recommending this place. A kettle would be good in the kitchen

The owner is very friendly & welcoming, very comfortable room with small kitchen. Nice balcony to have your morning coffee & good air conditioning system. windows & balcony door are equipped with anti mosquito nets ! Location is very close to Port / harbor .yet very Quite street.

The only thing In the premises description you might think the kitchen is fully equipped or suitable for real cooking ( very nice misleading pictures). It's not! It's only for heating water , boiling eggs etc. It's only proper disclosure that the owner will declare it in the room facilities description in a more understandable way

This hotel is located very centrally in Syvota, so we could walk into town, and to the beach, but it was also in a quiet area. The hotel has a good parking area so parking was easy. The room was large, and we had a patio that looked out on a lovely shaded courtyard. The Air conditioning worked well, and we had a small kitchenette. The hosts were very welcoming.

Everything was fine! We have no complaints.

Great location with parking. Very clean and Panos was always super helpful. Rooms a good size with small kitchen area.

I probably would have liked a lightweight duvet and a couple of extra pillows.

The location is perfect, right in the center and a walking distance to a few beaches. The room was very clean and cleaned daily although we stayed for 2 nights. Sheets were also changed daily and coffee pods replenished as well. The balcony was very nice and shaded with a big palm tree. This was actually the 6th time we stayed at this property and this was one of the best rooms and balcony that they offer although they are all very similar.

Nice place if want self catering breakfast, or get 15% discount ordering from next door, works well. Need o speak someGreek or have translation app, but we managed, just sad could not converse more.

No plugs by one side of the bed so had problem charging my iPad as plug on other side of room plus cant charge when out as when remove the key the power goes off, i like reading before sleeping then charging iPad overnight.

The location only being 2 or 3 minutes away from the restaurants and harbour area. Friendly people throughout the holiday

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is really friendly and helpful! The room cleaners were perfect, cleaned every day.Perfect location, in the center of Sivota, but yet in a quiet area, hidden from the port crowds. Very comfortable and clean rooms, spacious and with all the necessary amenities
