It was an exceptional stay. We felt like a part of a Greek family. The owner of the hotel is exceptionally nice, took care of us and even played with our kid. He called her grandma. :) The hotel is small and well maintained. The garden is beautiful. The swimming pool is nice. There is also a swimming pool for kids. The beach is just a minute from the hotel by foot. Shops and restaurants are nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. There is no buffet breakfast option, but you can order breakfast a la carte which is really tasty.

This is a very family-run establishment, and the owner's house is on the same plot as the hotel. The hotel is ideally located away from the busy, noisy main street and 5 minutes from the beach. Its main asset is a large, beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool, which doubles as the restaurant, is surrounded by concrete buildings. In particular, a very ugly building belonging to the competitor Chandris Apartments, which runs alongside the pool and looks like a council estate. The architecture of the building housing the apartments is quite good. However, the terraces are very small, without privacy and noisy: they overlook the pool/restaurant and the bar/office. There's a supermarket 20m away in the Chandris buildings. Housekeeping every day, although in our case the last day... Very friendly and helpful staff.

The concrete all around the pool is nothing to write home about. Minimalist kitchen equipment: no coffee machine, no toaster, no oven, 3 knives ... The nearest beach is really not very nice: pebbles, seaweed, garbage...

Very cosy family hotel with spacious, clean ooms . George makes the most delicious food we've ever had in Greece, so good that my daughter did not wish to go somewhere else for dinner. And we agreed :) The pool is very well maintained and was really nice to use when back from the sea. The beach nearby is acceptable, but when you go to Arkoudilas ( where you have to bring food and be aware the road is wild) or Gardenos or Bouka, you make the effort to go there by car ( 10 -15 mins). Everyting was great and we reccomend staying here. Thank you all and especially Konstantina for your kindness. Miss being there already.

Firstly, great communication with owner, family run ! Both apartment and pool was 10/10 with cleanliness and comfort upon arrival. All cooking eating and bathrooom facilities provided. Food was spectacular. Location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the main party strip but far enough away and down a quiet strip that you could rest/ relax when needed especially after a night in the many clubs 💃🏼 Staff had great English and very kind. We were allowed store our luggage on checkout day and chill around until our taxi arrived that was also arranged by the very generous owner. Perfect for young like us 24 year olds to older age groups too ! Best of both worlds, felt very safe here too !

The daily cleaning was good but at times not very thorough, no washing up facilities such as scrubbing brush or washing up liquid for dirty plates utensils etc and bins weren’t emptied two days so got full fast but wouldn’t let this turn you off booking ! I’m sure we’d asked they would have accommodated us !!

Good location, away from the main street which is noisy and full of young people partying. Evereything in walking distance - beach, shops, bars, restaurants. Food in the hotel restaurant was really good, one of the best near by. Lovely balcony, it also has clotheslines to dry your laundry. Pool was great but the water was too warm, not refreshing at all when it's over 30 degrees:) The host was really welcoming and helpful if we had questions.

You can't bring any drinks near the pool area, not even a bottle of water. The waitress was quite rude and came to tell us that it's not allowed but on the other day we saw some guys were drinking their own beer by the pool.

Very clean & comfortable apartment. We loved self catering & the option to eat out. ( great for single parents on a budget) Convenient & local to beach,shops,restaurants,bars. Local attractions,day trips were amazing,affordable & not hard to get to even without a car. Very pretty gardens & picturesque complex. The food was lovely & tasty & always fresh. Konstantinia was very kind,warm, helpful & professional. My daughter & I had an epic holiday. Thank you so much! 😊

Unfortunately the nearest beach is ruined by the local night life/party life. Fag buts & nos canisters are littered every where, even in the sea. This was very disappointing as being the nearest beach (We didn't have a car) & the main reason we booked here. Another beach which is beautiful is a 30 min walk away. Its just so sad the young today have no self awareness,for others or respect beautiful surroundings. The WiFi in our room was very slow & cut out all the time. Especially during busy times in the evenings. This was not great with a teenage daughter,but we managed.The water was cut off every evening after a certain time at night. We thought this was very strange for a complex situated in a busy place where it is common to be coming back late.

We totally enjoyed our staying here. Ms. Konstantina is a truly dedicated host who welcomes families with children and spends all her time to make her guests comfortable during their holidays. The property is very well maintained, with green garden with all kind of flowers and small trees, nice place for parents to have wine in the evening and watch for their kids playing around at the playground. There are also 2 cool pools which get cleaned every evening at 8pm, one for kids (up to 0.6m) and other one for adults (up to 2.5m). There are lots of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner you may choose from, whilst the portions are big enough. George, Ms. Konstantina’s son, is a great chef, he cooked a delicious zucchini soup for us, even though it was not in the menu. The property is closely located to the beach and far enough from the noisy Kavos during nights. Arkoudilas Beach is a must to visit (just 20’ by walk from Konstantina Apartments). Host is simply the best in my entire life. So friendly, helpful and I see how much she loves it all, apartaments, guests, flowers in her garden, everything. The restaurant in the apartments is the best, don’t even try to go anywhere, I was disappointed by other restaurants, but at the hotel mmmmmm. Cleaning ladies were cleaning the room every day, so clean and nice, every time I was coming back, everything was clean-clean.

Wi-Fi could be better. If you have to work then better sit next to the bar, there Wi-Fi is ok to work. But in my room it was showing connection, but no internet… Konstantinos said that the day I was leaving she called technician to fix it all.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank our dear hosts for creating such a beautiful, cozy, comfortable and very safe place for relaxation💖🌹 Throughout our stay, we were surrounded by their care and attention and willingness to help in any situations / requests. The whole area of the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the quality/purity of the water in the pool is just excellent! There is an open veranda where the guests can play some board games and billiard, as well as a small playground for children. In the rooms, what is important: the balcony doors are equipped with a mosquito net, so no, even small insects, fly into the room. Room cleaning is daily. Excellent sound insulation - when the doors are closed, the sounds from the outside are barely audible. The hotel itself is located, though in the most party / youth place in Corfu, but still somewhat away from the main flow of cheerful youth, so no one bothers in the evenings or nights. There are many nice restaurants and small shops nearby. For those who are considering Kavos as a holiday destination, I sincerely recommend this place!😍
