Everything! The stuff was so nice and kind! The room was clean and smelled good each day. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The best was the dinner, It was so delicious! The hotel is close to everything. Can't wait to come back:)

Very friendly staff, especially Noah who served us coffee on arrival with a large smile and continued smiling throughout our stay serving at the bar, in the restaurant and making wine recommendations. All the staff were keen to assist wherever they could.

Location was central but did require a short walk to access the slopes

Price/quality, price is very high for this type of the hotel. In the description of the hotel it was mentioned SPA but in a reality there is a small jacuzzi with sauna and hamman in the small room. Breakfast - for this price of the stay breakfast should be ameliorated as the choise was very poor.

Super clean and cosy hotel, with a lovely restaurant featuring great imaginative food, excellent breakfast with many options, a super relaxing spa area. Rooms are compact and beautifully appointed. Most importantly the staff was super professional, always ready to help and make me a happy guest.

Everything! The staff was exceptional. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The Spa is very well maintained and only takes 5 people per booking, never feeling overcrowded. The breakfast is great The rooms are very cozy

Good location (100m from pistes). Very good price considering it’s 4 stars in the centre of Val Thorens! Good continental and cooked breakfasts. Restaurant looked very nice but a bit fancy, especially when you’re looking for a big carb dinner before a competition. Plenty of other choices nearby though. Secure ski lockers downstairs and a communal heated boot room by the lobby!

We absolutely loved the place. We arrived in the middle of the night due to a cancelled/delayed flight, but it was no problem at all. The location is great. Just next to the ski rental shops, in the centre of the village. The slopes are very close as well. It was great to be able to park the car in the garage just at the other side of the street. The spa was lovely. A jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna, and possibility to cool down outside. The view from the restaurant and rooms is very nice, and the food was fantastic. Very nice breakfast and last but definitely not least: the personnel is very very friendly and they helped us out with any type of question or demand. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back here in the future !

Everything was great ! Everything was easy and nothing was complicated

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We found it clean and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed and cosy interior. We also had a lovely view of the slopes from our room! The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered a variety of choice. We also tried the dinner at the hotel restaurant one night which was very good and a nice change from the typical Savoyarde food we had been eating the rest of the trip. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately it was a bit of a rush each morning to get our names down on the spa list which had slots every 45 minutes for 5 people max. Although, understandable that there is a 5 person limit given Covid/ size of the spa and so we appreciate this is something which is difficult to change.

Hotel was lovely, reception staff were so helpful and friendly - knew you by first name. Superior double room was very big with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also very good and not too busy.

The chambre cocoon rooms were quite small and if on the 3rd floor only had a outside door so could get quite hot at night.

Our room was incredible - we had a sauna in the room that was lovely after a day in the slopes. This was coming at a very affordable price tag as well. Family who is running the hotel was super amiable and kind, always eager to help and go extra mile. For example, when we had issues with our transfer they managed to find us one even though it was Saturday and super busy. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and even tastier then a Michelin restaurant close by.
