The hotel personnel was welcoming from the beginning. I got a room at the top floor. Very clean and modern. Everything in the room was functional. The bed was very comfortable. I used the gym and pool. Excellent facilities. I ate at the restaurant of the hotel (The Placery). The food was extremely good (including the breakfast). The shuttle to and from the airport is the best feature of this hotel. Made my travel extremely comfortable and easy. In particular the driver from December 13, 2024 at 6:30 am, was very respectful of us and very helpful with the luggage. His services made me feel truly taken care of. The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated for Christmas, the pool was amazing, the personel was very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

Absolutely everything was good. There was nothing I did not like.

The hotel was very clean and had easy access to rental car return. In fact you can return your rental car and walk to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, and gave me great recommendation on restaurants to eat in the area. the breakfast good. love the fact they had fresh hard boiled eggs instead of the pre package ones. The airport shuttle was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I recall was bad. I did have a magarita from the bar and it was not good at all for pretty expensive drink. I kind of regret getting it because it tasted so bad.

I liked how they had a good-sized couch. The beds were very comfortable The pillows were comfy. I like how they had the blackout curtain that pulled down. I also liked the AC it was very nice and refreshing. And the view was awesome! We could see six flags. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. I liked the fact that it was pet-friendly.

I didn't like the fact all the maids spoke Spanish =/ And didn't understand anything. That I was the one who had to try to speak Spanish to them. Which is ridiculous. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave in the room. And they never offered a microwave to us. I had no idea that we had to request for one. And they need a body mirror in the rooms. I had 5 people in my room with just the one bathroom mirror. I didn't like that there wasn't a hot tub after a long 6hr drive. One more thing the lighting In the room was ok

The King Suite was spacious and very comfortable for a couple travelling with an adult daughter. We very much enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared with lots of variety. The dining and breakfast room staff made certain that patrons had everything they needed, constantly replenishing everything. It was a delight to stay at this hotel, and so close to the rental car locations! Staff at the desk and on the shuttle buses were awesome!

A tiny thing... better quality orange juice. Everything else was perfect!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially the shuttle driver, whose sunny attitude was a great tonic after 10 hours in an aeroplane. It was fantastic that they come and pick you up, taking a lot of stress out of the journey. The breakfast was good - not a huge range of options but something for most people. All in all, a great choice.

The room was cold, even with the temperature turned up. The blanket on the bed looked like it had once been a duvet, but years of use had flattened all its filling. We asked for another duvet and the hotel could only provide a couple of bedspreads.

The friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations—from texting to arrange for the shuttle to hopping off the shuttle on my return trip to the airport. The breakfast selections were delicious and the area was kept clean and well stocked. My room was immaculate upon arrival and the bed was really comfy. My only quibble might be the water pressure in the shower—but I’m literally *searching* for something to be critical about. Considering how close you are to the airport, you would never know.

Everything met my expectations.

We liked almost everything. Very clean and comfortable room. Lots of TV channels. Bathroom products (even hair conditioner) and lots of towels available. Good breakfast with healthy options like many fruits, oatmeal, oat milk and sourdough bread. Excellent location if you need accommodation between flights. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was a bit too soft and with a pit. For taking a walk the area is not interesting, there is nothing around. You are supposed to get a bill by email if you do online check out, but it was not sent without a separate request.

Airport shuttle was appreciated and drivers were very friendly. Dinner was actually made on site. We expected a warmed up frozen pizza, but it actually had fresh ingredients on it! Nice to have a bar to get a drink in after a travel day. Complementary breakfast had a nice set up, good variety of food choices. Even offered gluten free bread!

Had the front desk staff serving at the bar/restaurant as well. When they were busy checking someone in, there was no service for the food and beverage side.

....EXTREMELY SPARTAN!!! .. ..NOTHING IN BATHROOM EXCEPT ONE TINY BAR OF SOAP AND BATH TOWELS. RUGS are OLD AND Dirty LOOKING, FRAYED AND LOOSE EDGES IN ALL PUBLIC ROOMS and BEDROOM ....ALL PAINTED AREAS WERE OLD FADED AND AGED LOOKING. ....NO BATH ROBES NO SHAMPOOS, LOTION,, SHOWER SUPPLIES, ETC. ... It reminded us of the lesser / lower quality Choice hotel chains, absolutely no feelings that were rin a HYETT quality hotel.. ....

Everything! Staff was friendly from the moment of check in to check out. We stayed one night because of a flight next day. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast and coffee was great, they even had the good creamers :) we will definitely pick that hotel next time we have a flight.
