ONce we figured out how to get there it was great. very close to our gate.

It was not at all clear how we were supposed to get to the hotel. There were signs for the Grand Hyatt but no indicators on where to take the air train to get to Hyatt. Took over an hour.

We had a room which accommodated someone who was handicapped. We appreciated very much having a wheelchair available to us. The bathroom was quite dark and the shower chair had some problems. Otherwise everything went well.

I didn't realize we needed to schedule a shuttle to take us to the Regency. We waited quite a while for one to come by and then I got the phone number and called. The person I talked with explained that we needed to have schedule the shuttle.

this hotel is huge and beautiful! very nice. the room was spacious and the bed was deliciously comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of flights! the hotel shuttle was prompt and regular. the restaurant was so yummy, and they even offer room service! the toiletries in the bathroom smelled great, and the lobby was pretty. it really is so close to the airport.

the shower took a while to get hot. that’s it. just that small note! it really was a great place :)

Very friendly staff. Room with runway view was very good. You even have a small balcony. Nice staff during the breakfast.

We arrived by plane at Terminal E. There were no proper signs as to where to find the hotel. We found no shuttlebus to the hotel so we took the Terminal Link shuttle and had to walk to the hotel (which has somehow no direct and easy access to the Terminal). You pass two parking garages and several stairs. Rooms are a bit old. There were a lot of scratches and bumps in the furniture and in the bathroom.

Spacious, very clean rooms well-equipped, and excellent location for transiting passengers like us. Typical American breakfast, generous offering of fresh sweet fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the check in/out procedure was very simple and quick.

Well, the property is old. I can understand that this is Hyatt and hence the price, but they could re-do the pricing.

While the hotel is somewhere in the DFW airport, we appreciated taking the hotel shuttle to and from airport terminals. Unclear directions from terminal to hotel, which we probably could have walked to.

Restaurant food at 9pm in the hotel was not great, not bad….just blah.

Airport shuttle great front desk staff. The cleaning staff were delightful and include was adequate. I appreciate the staff the most.

The heating in the room was on the low temperature side but it seems pretty cold. Otherwise the facility was clean. I liked having the refrigerator and the Keurig coffee maker.

Location of the hotel was amazing. 2 min ride by shuttle bus. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was super cold.

The sushi restaurant was closed. I looked at the hotel website for the menu and there is a sign by the elevator for sushi specials. Was disappointed that it wasn't an option and it wasn't noted anywhere that it was closed.

This is our favorite place to stay when my husband is leaving on a seven am flight. It's safe, the staff is supper helpful, the shuttle runs 24/7 every 20 minutes. The rooms are spacious with LOTS of plug ins for electronics and the restaurant choices yummy.

I did find an old coke can in the closet when pulling out the firmer pillow. And one side table wouldn't stay shut.
