Fantastic Staff, really helpful and friendly especially the young man on evening reception. He booked a table for us at a lovely local restaurant and talked to us about cycling in the local area. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Roman bridge and town centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is available at an extra charge if you need it and parking is free and onsite. A lovely place to stay.

The room was lovely, with a beautiful large window that faced the mountains and a bungalow with some cattle. It was so peaceful and serene. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was really clean too. Lots of towels which I appreciated, and free toiletries too. It had a mini fridge which was so helpful, and came with some water bottles which was also very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I do wish the window had a curtain I could pull over as the owner of the bungalow across from my hotel room would sit outside facing my window, where he had full view into my room.

On-site parking is great for anyone going into the Picos with a vehicle. Located right on the edge of Cangas de Onis, the charming little town is easy to explore from there. The guy behind reception gave me great advice when we checked in about how to go up into Covadonga and visit Los Lagos - and did his best to humour my Spanish!

Only stayed one night, arriving in the evening, leaving in the morning, so a bit difficult to judge. The bathrooms were really nice. The proximity to the city center was quite beneficial.

Considering this is a 4-star hotel I was a bit disappointed. The staff was not particularly friendly, not sure if this is an aspect of local culture.

Very help full reception staff, were able to provide details on how to see the sights locally, very helpful when we wanted early breakfast.

Location, is a little further out of the town than we expected, and value for money could be better.

A great hotel a short walk from town along a quiet road. Everything you need for a nights stay -except for evening meals which were easily found in town. Really comfortable medium hard bed - superb jet powered shower and lovely breakfast.

It’s just a bit tired in places - new decor and it could step up to another level.

Clean room. Nice and clean bedsheets .

The value for money is not worth. We had an attic room, very expensive compared to other rooms we had in Spain. The smell of cleaning products was really bad even if we left the window open all the time.

The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The location is fantastic.

Clean smart hotel with large rooms and comfy beds (we were on floor 2, I assume the others are similar). There is plenty of private parking on site, and you are only 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. This is our second visit, so definitely recommended as either a stopover or to explore the Picos Mountains.

This property is amazing if you have a car the parking is free and you have plenty spaces, it’s close to the town about 5 to 7 minutes walk very safe,the staff was very nice and informative
