First and foremost - staff is great. Cabo Verdian people are very open, friendly and always ready to help. Special kudos: cleaning lady and evening chef at restaurant. Location is nice - not the first line, but walking distance to anything you need (you need beach and restaurants, there's nothing else to do here :) ) Breakfasts are simple but ok.

We stay in the apartments, and the room infill was far from sufficient: nescafe coffee machine, but no capsules knives, but no cutting board frying pan (damaged), but no utencils to cook and so on kitchen consists of few empty cabinets) I understand its mostly dictated by country geographical isolation and problems with supply and restock, but fact is fact.

Our apartment is big and super comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious. Our kids love spending time by the pool, and so do we. The team is very friendly and helpful. However, what we like the most, is the location- hotel is located close to the center and the beach, but the surrounding is quiet and not overcrowded.

Everything is great, the only missing thing is the broom in the apartment. With the sandy beaches around the sand is EVERYWHER :). it would be easier to keep the apartment clean with the broom

The room was very spacious with a nice terrace, breakfast was OK. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, although one of the employees at the reception seemed to be always in a bad mood I believe his name was Idalecio. Short walking distance from the main street. Would definitely stay there again.

There was only one room card available, they couldn't give us an extra one. The room power is activated with the card, so when we were leaving the room and taking the card, the fridge was being switched off witch doesn't help if you have stuff there... Is also missing a rubbish bin in the room :)

The breakfast was nice, had plenty of options. The room was spacious and clean, with a small fridge which was an awesome addition. The pool was clean and the bar/lounge area was a nice and relaxing area. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when asked what sort of things you could get up to on the island. Lastly the Wi-Fi in the room was fine by cape verdean standers.

The beds are a bit on the hard side, the ac was locked to a specific temperature which was fine when entering the room after being outside, but after being in the room for a while it got kinda hot but wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great location in the residential area but a 10 to 15 minute walk to the pier and tourist area. Lovely little cafes and bars around hotel run by locals.Very comfy bed and plows. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfasts and if anything was missing, I just asked and staff would replace immediately. Will stay here again.

Everything was amazing! From the staff, facilities, and comfort. The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food available. At lunchtime, we had tasty and cheep options available. The room had air conditioning, perfectly clean room and beds were comfortable. Slightly further away from the beach but a walkable distance and closer to the locals than to the turistival part of Santa Maria. Very quiet too. We felt at home.

Did not provide transfer from the airport.

Location although further away than I would have liked, it wasn’t too bad, with lots of amenities close by. Breakfast was good along with service and all the staff were very helpful.

Lack of hot water was a bit of a problem. Air condition wasn’t up to standard.

The location was quite convenient to the downtown area; was within walking distance. The rooms were nice & clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the omelette with ham & cheese. Overall, great value for money. My wife and I would definitely stay there again!

Did not see kid activities. The website had mentioned there was a shuttle from the airport. I think it may be better to say taxi service because the guest could misunderstand to think it’s free.

Hotel is in a perfect location, it is quiet but close to the center. The pool is great and the breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located a short walk from the beach. It's located on the outskirts of the main hotels, restaurants and beach area but close enough to walk to. The room is modern and clean.

On my first night there, one staff member was really nice and helpful but throughout the rest of my stay, not so much. Not bad, just sort of lukewarm. Also, the air conditioning in my room could not be adjusted, and stayed at a very cool temperature all night. So I froze all night. I could only turn it off by removing the key card from the slot that controls the electricity in the room.
