Extremely comfortable bed. On the quieter side of Phuket town near the old bus hub. Bikes available for use as the walk into old town center is about 10 mins. Feels like a grown up version of a hostel with nice library and co-working space.

Pool on the smaller side (mainly for chilling and not for laps). The hotel is starting to show wear and tear. Cracked tiles and some stains. The sink outside of the bathroom set up was a bit inconvenient to use.

It was really good to get to some shopping malls and had some good smaller shops around. Really good for the price and also had decent view. the staff were super helpful and friendly, available at all times and even helped either decorating the room for my partner for her birthday, really cute thing. being able to use the washer and dryer at any time was also good and if we got stuck, again the staff were there to help. the room was nice and decent, really good bed size and had more than enough room, TV was perfect as it was a smart TV and also having the mini fridge was perfect.

The breakfast was decent but there wasn't much halal options, had to either get eggs or go for vegetarian/vegan options. it was a little further out for wanting to get hotel pick up for some activities

The place is close to Phuket Terminal, so it's easy for us to go around. Phuket old town on Sunday also has this market, which is amazing! And they let us keep our storage on Sunday while we are going around and waiting for our next flight! And shot out to all of their staff who helped us, I forgot, but there's this guy in the receptionist and Mindy if I'm not wrong, also this girl who helped us during our check in, they are amazing! The bathtub is also amazing

Breakfast, I'm hoping they will make more Halal food. Since there's not much option for us so we ended up eating bread and rice and egg only. But luckily 7 eleven is close so we can get food from there.

The design of the hotel, the rooms etc was quirky and comfortable. The bed and the pillows etc made for an amazing night sleep…also the soundproofing must have been good because was not disturbed at all. Great location for Phuket old town. Breakfast was surprisingly really good too, nice coffee.

The front desk guy wasn’t friendly, just a bad vibe. On check out he was adamant we had to wait 5 mins to ‘check the room’…I walked out after 5 mins while still waiting. This was unnecessary and made us feel like children who were not trusted to leave the room in a good state (there was also a price list on the room for how much we pay for damage). This must be due to the experience the hotel has with guests damaging rooms, but at this price point you don’t expect that kind of service and treatment. I wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. You walk inside to modern features, excellent service and the facilities are top of the range. You get complimentary snacks/drinks in the lobby area - not many hotels offer this kind of service. The pool area is fabulous it was always peaceful and quiet. The room is what sold it for us - the bathtub on the balcony. Just sat watching the world go by morning and night in the large bathtub. The bed was super comfy also. Close to the main strip of Phuket old town took us 8 mins walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot fault anything. Maybe the river at the back of the hotel can be a bit smelly. But, with the amazing service and room quality this was definitely overlooked.

Walking distance to, but less crowded than Old Town. Friendly staff who were very helpful. 'Mind' was so helpful at checkout when we needed help with our luggage. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Clean and comfortable.

Our only complaint was that the building has nothing to dampen noise, so loud guests' voices were amplified in the hallways outside our room even on the 5th floor. On 2 out of our 3 nights, we were woken up at around 2am by guests LOUDLY laughing and talking in the hallways. We would suggest signs and instruction on check-in to keep the noise down after a certain time.

The design and the aesthetic of the hotel is very appealing. The location is ideal since it is walking distance to Phuket Old Town. The room was clean with nice amenities and was comfortable. The hotel has a complimentary snack corner which is a plus and the staff were friendly. Mind and her colleague Tik were very helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Blu Monkey.

The waterway which runs at the back of hotel is not a pleasant sight to dwell on when standing outside on the balcony.

Excellent location nearby old Phuket town. Fantastic pasta place right next door that's open until 10pm. 24/7 self-service laundry available. Free bananas almost always available 24/7 Free 2 small bottles of water daily when they clean your room. The air con was good. Decent shower pressure. Most of the staff can speak decent English. There is a lift in the building to help move your luggage around. The indoor aesthetics is neat. Pool available most of the day.

Wifi availability is intermittent at best and not reliable. Luckily we had our own esim connected to the local mobile data and used hot spot to get by. There is a slight odor on arrival but not their fault that there is a river/creek nearby. You do get used to it. Unfortunately the smell was noticeable on the balcony with the hot tub so we did not get to use it at all. (Some may have privacy concerns using the hot tub as it is semi exposed). Noise control is minimal - if there are inconsiderate guests, you can hear them walking past the hallway.

We work as digital nomads so we appreciate the space for working, which is used for breakfast in the morning, but then changed back to leisure/working area. Rooms were nice, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Street noise was very acceptable in my humble opinion, comparing to other places where we stayed and could hear traffic noise.

The odor from sewage was sometimes too overwhelming but that’s at most places in Phuket

Hotel location is a short walk from historic Phuket, there are few sidewalks so it's not an enjoyable walk, but it's not bad either. Free bananas and purified water in the lobby. The room is exactly as expected, basic...but clean and the A/C worked well. They provided 2 bottles of drinking water in the room fridge.

Breakfast is basic with boring white bread slices, instant coffee and everything had meat on it. We asked the receptionist if we could get something without meat and she said not today but she would tell the kitchen for the next days. The next day there were eggs without meat and tomatoes. So all good. We walked to the nearby french bakery for a beautiful loaf of sourdough which we used as our breakfast toast.
