Incredible value. Great big room. Modern styling. Very clean. Quiet and peaceful. King size bed was firm but comfortable. Separate WiFi on each floor and was pretty decent (150mb+). Large modern bathroom/wetroom with powerful shower. Good fridge and large balcony (not much of a view in the room we got). Close to the bars and restaurants in the old town. Would be good value at twice the price.

Only complaint would be the curtains were not blackout, so room got bright very early.

+ Great location: 2 minutes to weekend night markets, old town sights, shops, good cafes (including vegs) within walking distance. + Quite spacious room. + The manager is very friendly, she helped me carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor and immediately changed the room, when at the first one we've heard some noise (probably plumbing). I recommend this hotel.

- The pressure of hot water was weak, but sufficient. - After replacing the room, the windows overlooked the road. The noise didn't bother me, but I had to keep the curtains closed so that no one could see from the street.

Really good location, close to Phuket downtown area, and the morning market, possibility to easily walk to the bus terminal to get to the Airport. Room was clean and well equipped with fridge, shower, a little balcony. Really good value hotel for this price. Cannot find a better at this price

Cushion a little too big and hard, but that’s just a detail you cannot complain for this price and good location

The freshly cooked breakfast and coffee every morning which was included in the booking cost was terrific. Close to some nice little restaurants, and across the road from the Post office. Friendly staff. I had a small balcony which I appreciated.

The property is on quite a busy road, but the noise inside the unit was fine.

Basic, bright and a clean room with a balcony in a great location. Perfect for stopover. The whole hotel was spotless and you can pay by card without extra charges. Coffee and water provided.

I like hard beds but this one was way too hard, felt like sleeping on the ground which unfortunately not give me much and comfortable sleep. No hairdryer or soap by the sink. Shower gel dispenser finished after one shower.

The noise coming from the street, all day and night cars and scooters making noise.

Very clean room with air conditioning and a balcony, very friendly and helpful staff. There is free parking outside to park your motorbike or car, 7-11 is just 3 minutes away. Airport bus terminal only 5 minutes away walking. Water and coffee is provided every day for free! Will visit again on my next trip to Phuket!

The balcony is spacious but a small table and chairs would be a good idea :)

Very clean. Great location. Very close to street food and live music. Sound proof so not disturbed by nightlife which was helpful as we had kids with us.

I think the AC had dust in it so when it turned on there was a bit of dust in the air for the first minute or so. After that, no complaints at all.

Location was perfect, room was fab, bed super comfy , close to restaurants etc. Just around the corner from Sunday walking street and about 10 minutes from downtown market.

Wasn't anything to dislike.

Room was exactly as in the picture. Very spacious, very clean. Staff were kind and we didnt have any problem. Location is very good. Bed could be too hard for someone, but for us it was okay.

We had room with balcony to the main street, so it was a bit noisy, but we managed it fine.
