a beautiful place to stay, the resort is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, the room was huge and spacious. the pools were beautiful, and lots of activities going on, the beach was absolutely beautiful and was easy to access. the breakfast was very nice and there was something for everyone. Staff were absolutely wonderful and were the overall shinning light at the resort. Friendly, helpful and just a delight to interact with.

Rooms were very dark, the bathroom especially, this is not uncommon is Bali so I always take a mirror with lights :-) It is a little dated, like slightly, but that is the norm for Bali.

EVERYTHING! I couldn't believe it, the resort sits on a huge area. The staff are all amazing, and THE FOOD oh my god the food taste really good. It caters to all palate. They have different menu every morning for breakfast. The room is HUGE and all the wooden furniture carries the classic look, they all well maintained. The beach in front of the resort is very nice: long white beach. They give voucher for 5 free professional photographs around the resort area. The shuttle every hour to Bali Collection is very handy. The pillows are comfortable too!

My minor suggestion: 1. The swimming pool ladder in the room (deluxe pool access) should have anti-slip on the steps. It's very slippery and can cause hazards. 2. The drainage in the shower spa needs to be either replaced or cleaned. It smells really bad like damp and old. Also some walls in the spa room have bad spots like bubble from the humidity trapped between wall and paint. It's a bit sore for the eye. 3. The sink in the room bathroom doesn't drain fast, but this is very minor comment.

Good location. Very easy walk to surfing, Mengiat Street, and Bali Collection. Buffet breakfast at resort was very nice with mix of Indonesian and Western. There are 2 main pool areas, the beach pool is a swim up bar with dj and high dive boards ( jumping only). ( they also had 2 foam parties while we were there). At this pool they have pool lounges and a couple of cabanas. The top pool has 3 levels of pool and pool chairs. ( very relaxing atmosphere) . Kids are permitted and there are a couple of paddle pools. You can order kiosk food and drinks to your lounge from both pools and the beach lounges. We only had fries which were perfect. Other food looked yummy, too. The beach was beautiful. The water was so warm ( late Nov) and beach/ sand clean. 2 surf beach breaks out front snd also some good waves about a km or so up the walkway. Generous water allocation (2 bottles pp daily) large shower, seperate beautiful bath, large bathroom. Rooms spacious with VERY COLD aircon. Tv had Netflix and U tube capabilities ( we connected but then didn’t end up using it)

Some people not using utensils at buffet. Drawers instead of cupboard would be more useable. Nachos at kiosk was very underwhelming. Just a few chips and tiny bit of guoc and salsa.

We stayed in a private villa which was beautiful, spacious, quiet, private pool, amazing bath and outdoor shower. The beach is great for walking, swimming. We did daily surf lessons and snorkeled a short walk up the beach. Easy to get a day bed on the beach to relax. Massage in the spa was lovely. Many restaurants on the property, and a short walk to Bali Collection for shopping and more restaurants.

This is a massive resort and was very busy while we were there. On the last day they were setting up for an event which made it even busier. We came from a smaller more intimate resort which we preferred. No barista coffee at breakfast (so not up to an Aussie’s standards! 😆)

This hotel was great for a family. We liked the variety of swimming pools and that the hotel is located next to the beach. There were several restaurants you could choose from and the prices were quite decent considering that this hotel is for the tourists. The staff were friendly and everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families as well as couples or groups.

There were a lot of plastic on the beach (and sea) nearby. It would be nice to see that this kind of hotel with a lot of staff would make an effort to keep the sea and the beach clean.

Lovely pools (although my partner said they were too hot for him, I loved them being warm). Great spot on the beach which you can walk along to other hotels/resorts. Short walk from the Blow Hole and the shopping precinct. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great spot for families away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta/Legian.

The breakfast needed to be changed more regularly. Had the same food everyday for a week which was disappointing. Our A/C in the room broke, leaked and flooded the floor 4 days out of our 7 so had maintenance in their late at night to fix, no offer to move rooms for the inconvenience.

Our family had a remarkable stay at the Merusaka Nusa Dua for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The resort's serene atmosphere provided a tranquil escape for us to unwind and enjoy quality time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast spread. The variety and freshness of the dishes were simply outstanding. Each morning, we indulged in a wide selection of delicious options that catered to everyone's taste. It truly set the tone for a great day ahead. The resort's peaceful ambiance during the evenings was also worth mentioning. We appreciated the quietness and serenity that enveloped the area, allowing us to relax and recharge.

Though overall, our experience was fantastic, there was one minor area that could have been improved—the gym facilities. While functional, we felt that an upgrade and expansion could elevate the fitness experience for guests.

The staff were great, always happy to help and very polite. The beach was lovely. They remediated problems when identified. Great location for some real chill out time.

The works on the new gym tarnished some of the experience, mainly as we weren't notified and breakfast experience (which is above the gym) was loud and disrupting. However they did allow us to eat elsewhere which was nice. The pool and room were not clean as would be expected on arrival, however they did remediate and made real effort afterwards. I think the hotel needs a little update in places, and is more a 4 star quality, but the staff are amazing.

Beautiful beach! Wonderful location and facilities. Great green zones and chairs at the beach. Excellent buffet for breakfast. Good rooms with space, bathrooms are excellent.

The beds were so soft, not so good for sleep. They rent the bikes so expensive, for the price of the hotel, the use of bikes should be included. They denied me a glass of water at the beach, made me feel awful. If you don’t pay all inclusive, they make you feel so uncomfortable. The beach has a little trash from the offering that pigeons eat later. Old air conditioner.

Absolutely perfect location, great resort. I think it has the best section of the beach, sun loungers are abundantly available even on busy days. Absolutely recommended place, great value for your money. Loved the pools, the staff and the whole setting. Also great breakfast!

- We stayed here 6 nights altogether. It was quite obvious that the beach bar and the beach restaurant are understaffed. The waiters were continuously working but wait times did get bad and I mean really bad sometimes. Not bc of those who are working there but because of the place being still understaffed. - we realised there was a mismatch of price range and quantity/quality in the beach bar / restautarants. We did tour the other top resorts (even the more expensive ones) and found lower food / drink prices (however, much higher room prices, so this obviously may be a strategy here) - needs a classy beachfront restaurant the one they have is not classy
