The hotel is in a superb locations, right by the city wall. The room was very clean and plenty of space & storage. The bathroom was great. Very comfy bed with nice clean bed linen. It has parking (extra payment needed). It has a bar & restaurant right next door. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The tourist information is right below the hotel with access very close to the front door.

Although it is always a bonus to have garage parking, it is a very tight space so wouldn't recommend for large vehicle. The bar/restaurant was only open during the day but its not that far to walk to lots of others.

Room was big and spacious leading out to a small roof terrace. Comfortable beds and decent bathroom. Great value for money. The location was brilliant, literally just outside one of the main gates to the old city walls. Tourist Office next door and also a good restaurant, serving a great breakfast, next door.

Although parking under hotel, good driving skills are needed to park in cramped space!

Excellent location next to the walls & near the Casa Carniceria, Cathedral & Basilica & restaurants & bars nearby. Everything within city walls walkable. The Tranviia (little tram) tour sets off from opposite the hotel restaurant. Secure parking garage for a fee which we recommend using if available.as parking options nearby are limited.

Very small bathroom with no shelf to pur anything. Car spaces in garage very tight but manageable & parking was still a bonus. Ask for directions to garage if parking reserved to avoid back tracking in car on arrival as garage underneath hotel but accessed via another road below which we didn't know. Parking a bit high at €15 a night.

We had a nice nice room and spotless clean and facing the the walls if avila. Restaurants close to the accommodation available.

The parking is not next to the hotel but at the beginning if the road. In our opinion regarding parking this should be complimentary since the hotel was empty cause to pay 15 euro for one night is to much. The women at the reception didn’t speak english at all and we had difficult communicating.

The hotel had everything you’d need for a short stay at Avila. Right next to walls, easy to walk the whole town. Room facilities were all there.

The car park was very easy to find, but the car park and the individual spaces were really small. I blocked two spaces, and had to back out of the car park, I couldn’t get an angle to turn around. My car is large, though.

Long walk from train station but hotel is easy to find esp when it is by the front gate of old Avila fortress town. Odd that the room is small but bathroom is large . Very warm as the wall is about a metre thick. Love to be able to stroll outside the Avila walls safely at night.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Everything was clean and the air conditioner worked well.

We had the room on the corner at street level (in the publicity photo) which has a great view but meant we could hear every passer by’s conversation and footsteps. The garage is small and awkward. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel, you are expected to use the attached restaurant for these.

location right opposite the walls (tiniest bit of road noise but definitely not enough to be a worry!) and so convenient to the historic town centre and a great range of eateries. Good sized, modern and super-clean room, comfy & warm (early March) and all staff had enough English to more than adequately serve our (2 Aussies) needs. No in-house breakfast but that makes you get out and about in town, which is the reason you’ve gone on holidays!! Excellent value at this price point.

The location is amazing, right at the front of the stone walls that enclose the historic center of the city. As for the hotel, the room was spacious and cozy, and the heating system kept the whole hotel at a very warm temperature, which was greatly appreciated in winter.

Our only complaint would be the double bed, which was two twin beds brought together, since nothing was holding them together, they could move easily so it didn´t really work as a double bed to sleep together.

The hotel is located in the center of the biggest tourist attraction in the city. A large room with an interesting interior design, exceptionally clean, with a large bathroom. From the room a baklon door leads to a large patio with table and chairs. Very attractive price. There is a restaurant and drink bar connected to the hotel, which unfortunately we used only to a limited extent. Evening drink and morning Yemas de Santa Teresa ;-). Great service. Dinner in the city turned out to be a failure, we wish we had used the hotel restaurant. You can freely speak English at the reception. Parking space available in the underground garage - extra paid
