One of the staff was good and the other staff was very disappointing as she was for a large double bed which was confirmed but even after asking she didnt get the job done and the night staff guy git the room changed for us

Really lovely place, central and easily accessible on the metro, and very clean and nicely-decorated rooms. Not big, but has everything you need as a tourist - comfy bed, fresh linen, great shower, more than enough towels, hanging space in the cupboard, and a bonus for the summertime is a powerful air conditioner. There is also a TV but we didn't use it. Also beautiful big window that opens up all the way. Private and quiet at the back of the building (I can't speak for the front). There is also a small desk if you are traveling for work, and a nice restaurant / bar downstairs to work as well. Staff were friendly and attentive, even allowing us to check in an hour early and choose from two different room options.

We were sightseeing until quite late at night (sometimes until midnight / 1am) and the nearest metro station to the hotel (#4) closes much earlier in the evenings. We walked from a different station (#12), luckily not too far, but as two foreign women we didn't feel particularly safe in the area at night. We needed to have our phones out to map our way back to the hotel from the metro and we were followed and harassed a couple of times (but nothing serious). This could be easily avoided if you have the budget for Uber / a taxi.

The Location was perfect for our plans. Easy route from and to Gare de l'Est and under 5 min. walking distance to Metrostations of line 4 and 12. For people mostly interested in the "big tourist stuff" in the center of Paris (Louvre, Eifel-Tower etc.), this place might be a bet "remote". But for visiting Montmartre and the Stadiums (Adidas Stadium in our case) it is perfect!

We don't really have something to complain about, it was all quite nice. I might say, that eating there is not the best option - but i'd probably say that for every hotel in Paris, since there are so many locations serving great food at any time of the day. So, this is not really a critizism of this place in particular, but more a general recomondation for Paris: Skip hotel Breakfast/Food and visit the great cafés and restaurants instead.

Great soft drinks bar in reception free for guests with water/sparkling and tea/coffee available at all times. Excellent breakfast included in the price, with hot food as well as continental. Great bar with nice drinks, and still served food late into the evening - we sampled the meat and cheese boards which were delicious and generous size! Carol on the bar was wonderful and helpful! Our room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and good shower. Access to two different metro lines was awesome, made getting around the city so easy!! Would Strongly recommend this hotel!

Could have done with a chest of drawers in the bedroom to unpack. Only a desk and a small wardrobe, so had to live out of suitcase which I dont like personally. That's my only negative!!

Friendly staff and great location. Due to the weather we were able to walk to the Louvre (20 minutes), the Moulin Rouge (10 minutes) and Sacre Cour (5 minutes) but there were two different metro stations within a short walk. Good breakfast options and the ability to cast from your phone to the TV which as English speakers prooved useful during our downtime. Amazing views from our room on the top floor.

Just nitpicking but one of the five different plug sockets didn't work (We didnt need it anyway). Also on the first night the lift was broken giving us a long climb to our room. But in the hotel's defence the staff offered to switch us to a 1st floor room and they had fixed it by morning.

By all means the hotel was very much over the Paris hotel standards. I travelled with my 11 yrs daughter. It was very clean. Smelling very nice. The room and furniture was newly renovated. Daily cleaning was done without asking to us. The space was enough for us. Staff was very friendly. Metro station is 50 m. Very easy to reach most popular city attractions. The breakfast and the restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. Even my daugther with egg allergy had great breakfast options. During 24 hours coffee, water, croissant is available at the entrance which is the first I experienced at any European city. Very close to Montmarte area. I was worring about the reviews about the neighborhood before we go there. But we didn’t have any problems and we felt secure. No more risks than any other neighborhood. We also checked with the local shops this security issue. We felt comfortable. The performance was over the price.

The hotel is close proximity to both Gare du Nord and the metro, there is a small grocey store next door. In the lobby there is a bar with good beer. Breakfast was good and tasty A special thanks to the lovely receptionist who was kind to us and gave us a substatial discount as an apology for the problem with hotwater during our stay. Free coffe and purified water in the lobby is also a big plus.

The location might feel a bit unsafe, specially during the nights, but we did not have any troubles, it was quite the opposite actually- the locals were very helpful and friendly to us at all times. Then the absence of hotwater was a bit of a challenge but we survived it, it was only 2 nights anyway

The hotel was great with super-helpful, friendly staff. Clean and welcoming with comfortable beds and pleasant toiletries available in the bathroom. There was a really good breakfast selection every morning with hot and cold choices to suit all tastes and preferences. There was fresh coffee and chilled water infused with fruit and herbs in reception to help yourself as you wish. There were also biscuits, jelly beans, and croissants at different times so it was nice to sit in that reception area for a bit to relax and have a chat. The hotel was following positive environmental practices such as by providing refillable glass water bottles to take to the bedrooms in order to eliminate single use plastic bottles.

The only (slight) problem was the traffic noise from the street below. It's a busy road and there seemed to be a lot of police cars and ambulance with their sirens going past the hotel. However we were tired enough to fall asleep, after all our sightseeing and the traffic was much quieter in the mornings. The area is generally very busy with a lot of people but it is literally only a couple of minutes away from some much quieter streets leading up towards the Sacre Coeur Basilica where the views over Paris are well worth the climb.

We included breakfast for our stay and it was well worth it! They had many options for breakfast and it was a great way to fuel up for long days exploring Paris. The staff was always available to help us when we needed anything, and having coffee and filtered water 24/7 in the lobby was also a great plus. The location is good near Chateau Rogue station, great for anyone using public transport every day, and walking distance to Sacre Cour and some Montmartre restaurants.

The room was very spacious and had a view from the window. The bathroom was a perfect location with handwash and body lotion. It is within walking distance from the train station and bus stop. There are plenty of food and clothing shops to suit your taste. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Wifi was easy to connect with my mobile and laptop. They were also provided with slippers, shoe polisher, and other essentials. I loved the decor of the room with colors.

I would have liked to extend the breakfast time until 11 am and have more vegan-related breakfast options. You can't lock your hotel room door when you are sleeping at night.
