Smallish park with pool & camping facilities. Nice little park, with grass area's for tents. Well maintained. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, with balcony. Cabin was spacious & clean but a few things need to be attended too & fixed a little. Everything in the cabin worked apart from the electric frypan, which didn't matter as they had a proper pan for the stove. Comfy beds with extra pillows & blankets provided. Good shower with toiletries & hair dryer provided. Location of the park is a few minutes drive from the town centre. Check in/out was easy, office staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again

the space for the number of people in the unit was good. The shower was a good size & one didn’t have to step into. The floor was the cleanest we'd come cross for some time - thank you the staff were very friendly & helpful when checking in. we found it cheaper to stay here & away from Wangaratta :-)

#The toilet paper is dangerous !!! it is SO thin. one is required to use twice to three times as much paper, #NO salt or pepper. Maybe supply in small individual paper pouches like the sugar that was supplied #NO food cling wrap or foil. This would be helpful #we had a little difficulty finding enough power plugs to suit all the guests tech stuff #we needed 2 rooms with double or queen beds in each & had to settle with a family cabin with 3 bedrooms as this resort does not seem to have a 2 room cabin with a double or queen bed in each. One of the guests dislikes bunks

Quiet, clean cabin well away from highway traffic. Appreciated ceiling fans in both rooms. Appreciated powerpoint near the bed. Spacious shower-with spa that did not require a shower door or screen. Appreciated good heating and cooling. Excellent pre-arrival information, so I always knew what to do by checking either emails or SMS messages. Short drive into Benalla. Short 200 m walk to Anytime Fitness gym where I exercised twice over the long weekend. Choice of different Asia and Aussie cuisines at hotels and restaurants. If possible, take time to visit the Benalla Art Gallery and Cafe. I'll be a return customer for sure.

Good Internet WiFi connection during the day did not survive into evening when (I'm guessing) many others were online. As I was doing most of my online work during the day (where the WiFi connection was fine), the evening problem didn't affect me greatly.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful when I had any queries. The location was very good for us to visit the Winton Wetlands and Glenrowan. The bed was very comfortable and the Cabin was clean when we arrived. The park has a nice pool area (although it was not used by us). Benalla is a beautiful town to visit with Artwork on every wall.

There was nothing I didn't like that was in control of the Park Managers.

I loved how homely it was. Very spacious and staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is great and close to local shops. I will definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that there was no wifi. I hope that is something that will be taken care of soon. Also the post where you enter your toggle to get through the boom gate is too low. Raising it a little would help a lot as every time I had to get out of my car just to reach it. Other than that it's a great spot to stay at.

The caravan park was super clean, staff very welcoming, friendly and understanding. The pool is warm enough in summer and a decent size and well kept, clean and a neat little toddler pool. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin which was neat, clean and very comfortable. Beds were good for a caravan park and it’s always personal preference. We would definitely come back. Only wished we knew pets were allowed as our fur baby missed out on this short stay. Only downside was was the indoor bbq was so hard to clean. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The bbq is in a shared that’s well kept, clean, spacious and comfortable with reclining chairs, Tv and dining tables.

Clean & crisp cabin.... comfy beds & high quality linen.... excellent heating in cabin..... great pressure & water quality in bathroom/shower..... secure & safe park...... park was clean & well laid out with great facilities..... park had many families & people staying but was quiet & well kept.

There was no wifi available due to issues with Telstra. We also had no mobile phone coverage which meant communication was an issue for us. (not the park's fault, but frustrating nonetheless)

Cute place, convenient, great to have a little pool which was fun for the kids, easy key access. The big shared kitchen space was nice. Also our private kitchen was well-stocked and convenient. We appreciated hanging space for laundry on the outside of our house, though could have used a small rack inside since it rained.

The bunk beds weren't made up and not enough bedding was provided. One of the towels in the wardrobe was dirty. There were cobwebs in the room that need sweeping. The main bed rolls around and so it is easy to knock your head on the little bedside tables. Our room was 101, right next to the boom gate, and so we got a lot of traffic noise. Also, the people in the campervan in front of us kept their Christmas lights on all night and the bright lights came through the cracks in the double curtains, making it harder for us to sleep. It would be great if there was a car port for our car as it rained heavily that night :p A playground would make things perfect!!

My basic cabin was comfortable, clean and quiet. It's fine for an overnight stop in Benalla and would be suitable for a longer stay.

The location of Benalla Tourist Park posed no problems for me but it is considerably further from the commercial centre of town than is stated in the listing on Booking.com.

The room was heated up upon arrival which was much appreciated as it was cooler in the evening when I arrived. The park itself was very quiet & isn't too far from Winton Raceway which was ideal

Only that there were no power points located near the bed so you could charge your phone overnight etc Everything else was good.
