My room was clean, spacious (it had a couch & chair in a sitting area) & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good also. They had a nice variety of food from cold/hot cereals to eggs/ham/potatoes to waffles to bread/bagels to yogurt & fresh fruit.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Because of the marbled counter it’s hard to see but there were spots of soap & toothpaste residue. Also the tub & shower curtain could’ve used a good deep clean. There was some mold on the shower curtain. The room only had 3 small lamps… 2 at bedsides & 1 on the desk) The floor lamp in the sitting area (betw bed & bath) didn’t work so that made it quite dark. I had to go into the bathroom to read something with small print because it had the only bright light

The whole establishment was excellent! The shower pressure was AWESOME. Clean from driveway to the room. Both the night shift and morning shift girls at the front desk was very sweet professional, well mannered and respectful. The Breakfast was fresh hot and filling. Can not say enough about our stay here at LaQuinta in Montgomery. We will definitely add to our list to stay and referrals.

Absolutely no complaints at all!! Location, cleanliness, comfort and Staff was on point!

The room was quite large and well equipped. I liked having the big tv in the dining room with the news on. Staff was cordial and helpful.

My room faced the front so got some road noise. I had to keep curtains tightly closed as folks could see in as I was on the first floor. Eggs were cold. My AC kept going off and I would wake up hot then I would fall asleep again when it came on. Wish there was a way it could be more consistent......a fan would help.

It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! I really appreciated the toiletries. The normal tiny little bottles of shampoo and things are not enough for my long hair!! The fact that there were full size bottles available for use was wonderful. Not only that, they were dove and not an off brand that didn’t even clean!

The remote for the tv didn’t work well; however, it wasn’t a big concern and I didn’t even bring it to the staffs attention for it to be corrected.

The atmosphere was good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed slept great. I would recommend it to anyone staying in that area.

The only thing I did not like is not being able to turn left when you come out of the parking lot and trying to figure out how to go back to the left to get where I was going because I was not familiar with that area

It was a family trip I enjoyed my room nd everything was very nice, the only problem I had was I came back to the room late after 11pm nd the front entrance was locked. No sign on the door just locked. I called the to see why the young lady was very rude nd all she kept saying it was for SAFETY PURPOSES I told her how am I suppose to get in my room she said use the side doors, I told her I have three 68 74 & 75yr old woman on rollators w/me they can't walk to no side door. She finally unlocked the door. There should've been something in the door or posted somewhere to@least make ppl aware that the door will be locked@a certain time. It's not what she saud it's how she saud it night employees need more training.

The fact that the front entrance to the hotel was locked upon us returning to our room, also NO GRITS FOR BREAKFAST🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

The receptionist tried to charge me twice for the room and told me card was declined which delayed my check in process. When in fact the room had already been charged to my card and my bank declined the charge the 2nd time because the same charge was attempted twice in a row. Also the container for the ice was not clean upon arrival

The location was great, as I was traveling on I-85 and needed a place to stop for the night and return easily to driving the next day. The entire hotel was sold out, so I’m glad I had a pre-paid reservation.

Parking was very tight, as I had a trailer in tow. The window in my room would not completely close, allowing for love bugs to fly in (which one did and landed on arm while I was asleep). Also, the room was pretty dark, despite having Al of the small lamps on.

The Overall experience was great. The hot breakfast was tasty. The king suite was an amazing decor with plenty of usb and ac outlets for all my devices. We were completely comfortable and cozy on all levels. Great bang for your buck and will most definitely stay here again if ever in the area for sure!
