It is a clean facility, quiet and close to my destination while in Montgomery. What was exceptional to me was the ease of checking in and out - by far the easiest even by '5 star' standards. 'They' could learn a thing or two from you. I appreciated that someone really thought about the marketing copy via email and text - very warm and welcoming. This energy was matched by the staff in person, no matter the day or night. I loved the foilage. The upkeep of that alone could have its own YT channel!

I don't have anything negative to say. We received easy check in and check out - the pictures on the site matched what we experienced in person. It was clean and quiet - the most important things when you want to rest.

The continental breakfast looked okay. I only got a banana and the rest of my family didn't want anything. The bagel and blueberry muffins did look good. I love that they offered yogurt also. If we wasn't in a hurry to get my daughter to her testing site for school I would have ate some yogurt and a muffin.

My family said the beds were a little hard, although I slept fine. The television was hard to get back on the mainstream, but after a call to the front desk someone came right up an helped us.

The lobby is beautiful and so was the room. It was larger and had more features than my some of my college year apartments. Shower was great. You deff can't complain about not having hot water there. The staff there is 4 star nice.

The walls could use some more cleaning and perhaps some paint. It wasn't "gross" just noticeable. The power switch for the overhead light glows green all night, something to cover that would be nice so you're not sleeping with a green nightlight on all night.

The front desk guy was very helpful and the room was great! Clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of parking. Common area was like a tropical terrarium, which was nice. I was not a fan of the fake grass, but the plants were beautiful! Hotel was old but updated. Elevator is bery slow, but there are only 3 floors so its doable

I liked that it was very nice and clean. I could see the improvements since the last owners. I love staying here.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The guy at the counter was a bit much at first but the more we encountered he was very cool. The use of the laundry room used to be an amenity but now it is not. My daughter became very ill and turned in to the exorcist baby and spewed all over me and my clothes lol. I had to tow it home in a trash bag.

It was a nice place, it was forestry in the lobby, smelled very good when you walked in. The rooms were very spacious, and the jet tubs didn't come to play..amazing

Light bulbs 💡 were missing in a lot of lamps, and they were stingy with the towels. I need fresh towels everyday please!! Elevators need to be upgraded. Very very slow to have 3floors

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom design was excellent, and the room was spacious.

The slow drain in the shower was troubling (and apparently whatever other issue there had been with the drain, the strainer was crudely sealed to the drain with white silicone). The weak wifi was also troubling and hindered some of the research done during my stay.

Staff was very attentive. The room was large. There is not a lot of noise in the area.

The hotel is dated but seems to be going through some renovations. I had booked a king bed but was given a room with 2 double beds. Disappointing but it worked. The breakfast room was undergoing renovations, but we did get the grab and go breakfast, which had a good variety.

Comfortable Bed. Spacious Room. Cleanliness of the whole facility. The facility being the former Alabama Hotel, Baymont was able to renovate without removing the old school charm. For the value of the rooms, this is well worth it.

The water in the bathroom sink never got hot.

Everything was nice and clean, I love the plants in the lobby area, it was beautiful.

I didn't like that They did not have a reservation in my name even though I made the reservation, they had a reservation for my aunt whom I also made her reservation. I was blessed that they did have a room available for me. I have no ideal how they have my aunt's reservation but not mine.
