The train station is super closeby, which makes it a good location for our last place to stay before departing to the airport. The breakfast is good with clean atmosphere. The room has all basics.

The room does not have a safe, which sadly causes concern to leave valuable belongings in the room. The area around the airport is a mess and is located near or even on the red light district.. so not a choice for guest with small kids.

Friendly staff, great room with water provided, clean room, housekeeping good, wifi stable.

Location is not as safe as i thought. Although its about 10 mins from the central station, the area is quite chaotic and crowded. Especially its december now, its dark at 4-5pm and i had to go back before 8 because i feel quite unsafe going out later than that by myself in the area.

The location was very central to the main train station. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I could not fault them at all. All staff spoke English and German. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The darkened of the room in daylight was so great that you would think it was still night.

The location, whilst central, was among some very seedy elements. Whilst it is not the hotels fault, the amount of open in view drug use in the street was shocking. As for the hotel, the only two things I can fault is the doors were heavy to shut and therefore needed to be slammed to close. The second problem was the very intermittent wifi. It cut out so often it wasn’t really worthwhile using it. It did work well in reception, but in the 4th floor it wasn’t good.

Good and sufficient breakfast. The room was very well cleaned, bed linen and sheet as well. The gentleman at the reception was very kind. They offer complementary water, tea & coffee in the room. Location is convenient to main train statin, only 4 stops to Frankfurt Airport.

I was expecting to see a small fridge to cool the complementary water. Yes, the TV in the room has a flat screen but it could be the first model, it was very old and screen was very small.

- The location, near to the central station and tram station, also there are a lot of grocery shops and restaurants around. - the breakfast is relatively good and fresh, the restaurant is clean and neat. - Check-in process was fast and easy.

- The location also!!, the neighborhood is not suitable for families, the distance between the central station and the hotel is a little bit insecure (Drugs dealers and abusers)

The breakfast was good in variety. the room was small, clean, had a cute balcony. The reception was helpful, one time the main gate was closed in the evening, which was quiet scary for a minute.

There was no fridge, which was surprising as most other hotels I've been to had one.. In general, the area is a little unwelcoming with quiet many homeless people... locals warn about the area, which makes it feel even scarier.

this hotel is very Nice, well kept, unique decore. A bit worn but I liked it a lot. For a reasonable extra fee, they serve a very nice breakfast. The hotel is located near the central station, a short walk along the waterfront Will take you to the old town, and the business district is a similar distance in a different direction. The streets are a bit worn in the area near the station which is always the case. if you want to live close to the station, this is a really good choice. I will return here next time I visit Frankfurt.

the Wi-Fi was not strong enough. it didn’t work very well in the room.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed & more i.e. a balcony! The bed was comfy. The staff were lovely. The highlight was the breakfast though - way more than we were expecting! The location was also ideal, really close to the station, the river, old town etc and with lots of different restaurants nearby.

The decor was a little odd, the lift was tiny and got trapped on one floor one evening which was a little alarming (not when anyone was in it) and our blinds were a little temperamental - worked fine but needed an extra nudge. All minor though!

This was my second stay in this hotel during last 4 months. Location is excellent staff is good specially Stefan on the reception he is very helpful and cordial.

The choice of food in breakfast is less should be more.

Arriving from station at 9pm made proximity of hotel good, but very busy, hot smelly street of frankfurt was initially off-putting in the dark.
